Breakfast and dinner were varied, plentiful, and perfectly executed. The staff is welcoming, smiling, helpful, and always attentive to guests, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team, with a special mention for the receptionist Salim, as well as Aghilas and Douniazed, whom I greatly appreciated 🙏😍🥰❤️ I also dined at the two restaurants, La Daurade and Trattoria, both excellent and which I highly recommend. I strongly recommend this hotel for a pleasant, relaxing, and unforgettable stay 👌"

"The welcome was extremely cold, with no explanation of how things worked during our week-long stay. As for the room, it was a complete disaster. The beds were ancient, the mattresses far too worn and hard, with springs at the end of their lifespan. We asked for a different mattress, but unfortunately, they were all the same. Reception told us that new mattresses were planned, but not immediately. For a vacation, the cleaning staff came far too early: 9:00 AM. The view from the balcony was lovely, but we were constantly disturbed by the noise of motorcycles at all hours. There was a lot of insecurity around the beach restaurants. A fight between young people ended very badly: one person died. Needless to say, our last evening as a family was completely ruined. And to top it all off, we had to leave the hotel the next day at 6:00 AM, but there was no breakfast until 7:00 AM, even though we had all paid upon arrival. No compensation was offered. This is truly an establishment to avoid..."

"Tastefully refurbished. Beautiful interior, beautiful view. 3 days without hot water. Problem solved by an efficient receptionist. Small housekeeping touch-ups to be expected: misaligned cupboard doors that prevent the LEDs from turning off, same thing for the bar fridge that stays on because of the misaligned hook too (5 minutes of DIY and it would be fixed). Cleaning is not just the floor. The stainless steel table legs, the windows, the bathtub apron, the underside of the toilet... we brought our toilet paper. Insufficient napkins. Broken terrace tables, already. Food: horror. For 3 days we had as main course: grilled sea bream, roast chicken or turkey escalope, and then turkey escalope, grilled sea bream or roast chicken. Breakfast: bread to be toasted if necessary, no plates, no saucers, enough to rot the tablecloths and more tablecloths, which are nevertheless of impeccable whiteness (bravo for the linen room). What a shame that this place is full of junk. I repeat that the hotel has been renovated with great taste. Not the mentalities, obviously."
