Beautiful little studio, perfectly clean and everything brand new. Made me enjoy my time in Florence even more. The security system available through email was super handy too.

The hotel is very close to the train station, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the Florence Cathedral. The front desk staff were very friendly. However, rooms on one side are close to the tram tracks, and the noise was extremely loud. We barely slept the first night. The next morning, we went to the front desk to ask for a room change, and the staff were very accommodating. After they helped us switch rooms, we had a very comfortable stay. Luggage storage is self-service in a small room, but it doesn't have a lock, which made us feel a bit insecure.

I can't help but pat myself on the back, and especially Trip.com, for choosing such a ”wonderful” hotel. First, the location is superb; it's convenient for everything. Attractions and the train station are definitely within a 5-minute reach. Second, as soon as you walk in, you see the cozy living room (as pictured), which I had to admire every time I entered or left the hotel—it's simply too heartwarming! Lastly, I can accept the breakfast that many criticize; it's a standard ham + cheese, and the rich, oily coffee is a highlight. My only minor regret is the lack of salad, but considering the price, it's not an issue. And finally, back to the room rate: excellent Trip.com often adjusts prices, and the last two nights saw a price drop…

I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 2 nights recently; we had 3 beds in the same room, 1 single and 1 double. The hotel had basic amenities - private bathroom which was a little small for me and a TV in the room. We didn't notice a kettle in the room but to be honest, we weren't really bothered since we had paid for the hotel breakfast. The breakfast had small selection of hot food: eggs and sausages were really good. The coffee machine wasn't working properly but the staff did everything they could to provide espressos for the guests. Speaking of the staff, they were so kind and amazing, The 1st staff we saw was kind enough to mark the local/popular attractions on the map and give us some guidance on what to do and where to go. They also gave us this incentive where we all got free breakfasts for the 2nd day after signing up to the hotel account (or something like that). The only major con about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator and it was noisy all morning and late at night so please if you can, ask for a faraway room!

It was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front, and it is a bit far from tourist attractions, so the price is cheap. There was a large supermarket right next to the station, so it was great for shopping. The downside is that you have to take a tram for about 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big problem. Rather, it was nice that it was quiet. The room was spacious and I used the shampoo that was replenished every day. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to use it again next time I come to Florence.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations in the next room, hear when they shower, every toilet flush. The b&b is next to the tram tracks, every tram that passes by you will hear the rumble in your room. If you are a light sleeper like me, avoid booking this b&b. Hot water is also a problem, seems the hot water is gone after perhaps 10 mins os usage. At night, there's a risk of not being able to have a hot shower. Although the host was responsive and helpful, but the issue wasn't resolved. Overall, the location was amazing, but that's really all I can say. Wouldn't recommend this.

Nice stay for its price. Though located not in the city center, just in 5 mins walk is a tram station which takes you to the center in 15 mins (1.7 eur). The district is calm and seems safe. No big supermarkets around, so I bought everything needed near Train station in the center. My room was small but quite clean. Air conditioning didn't work the first days, but it was warm in the room. When it was repaired, it became better, ofc. Hot water available, only last night it was warm, not hot. Stable wifi, my room was on 2 floor of another building. Cleaning every day. Staff at the reception was very nice and gave me a cup & hot water upon request! Appreciate your hospitality a lot. Negative side: I could easily hear everything that was going on in the nearest rooms & the corridor, so it disturbed me at night. And marvelous breakfast! Eggs, cheese, ham, fruit, and omg pastry....whish they didn't show me these croissants! I wanted to taste them all...

The most beautiful, quiet peaceful place, breakfast buffet was great, the views are breathtaking, staff goes over and beyond, thank you Andrea, other guest friendly, everyone happy. Loved it want to return for a longer stay. Pool nice also

The staff were really friendly and helpful! I met the lady with beautiful grey hair who takes care of breakfast and cleaning during my stay. The big problem is she doesn’t understand English, I handed my phone for her to speak via Google translate. She didn’t say anything! A second later she started talking in Italian again. This happened a few times in 3 minutes of facing her. She denied talking on Google translate. So I gave up and walked away…she said “respecta”, I assumed it means “respect”. I kept showing her Google translate in Italian that “whatever you wanna say, you say here since I don’t understand Italian”. The guests should be informed/reminded of “quiet hours”. BUT it gets pretty noisy from the guests… when someone opens the doors, everyone hears it. I could hear my neighbours chatting, sneezing, coughing, and all that. My room is facing the backyard, last night some guests living downstairs were enjoying the backyard at 11 pm. it was loud! Shower was another problem, water didn’t seem to go down the drain properly. The bed was two twins joined together without any proper topper. Thus, the twin beds were moving away from one another at night if you sleep in the middle. This part is common sense, either the hotel puts topper or the guest sleep on one side of the bed. The WiFi was reliable. Breakfast was pretty basic. Make sure to bring good-quality earplugs with you…

Convinient location. Close to the station and tram stop to go to the airport.
