The room is small. Although there is a window, it is closed because it is a bit noisy facing the street. The room is stuffy and obviously much more humid than hotels in Milan and Rome. When checking in, they offered a welcome drink but it was charged. It was a bit strange to wait for a long time in the lounge. The overall hygiene is OK. The biggest feeling is that it is small, stuffy and humid.

The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

The location, decoration and service of this hotel are very good, but I am sorry that I have to write two bad points here. The first point may be the cleaning negligence. He should not tell the person in charge of the customer service department, because no one contacted us to explain this matter in the future. The second point is also a point I think is very important. Our room is relatively large because we have an extra bed, so there are two windows on the wall of the room. The room is on the road. The windows are unified old windows. So the sound insulation is very poor. Florence tourist city at 2 pm, there are many young people wandering on the street, and there are municipal vehicles starting to work in the early morning, so I didn’t sleep well all night, because I stayed for two nights, so I didn’t want to change rooms. It is strongly recommended that the hotel install a system door and window inside the room. The windows inside the government regulations cannot be modern, but the interior of the room can be, even if the old windows are installed, at least most of the noise can be separated. I encountered the same problem in Rome today. The hotel is better than Florence, but the sound insulation is worse. Because this room is not two windows, but two French glass double doors. It looks good but the sound insulation is worse. This time it was three nights, so I asked to change it. I don’t know if I can change to the same room type. This halfterm is out to travel. There are too many families, like May Day in China. Attach a few photos of these two rooms, beauty is really beautiful but we need better quality sleep

I particularly recommend the hotel's rooftop bar; the sunset views from there are absolutely stunning and definitely worth enjoying with a drink – the atmosphere is superb. Overall, the hotel facilities are quite good, including a gym and a sauna. However, there were a couple of minor downsides during my stay: * **Small room size:** Once luggage was opened, the room felt a bit cramped. * **Inconvenient sauna use:** When we wanted to use the sauna, the equipment was turned off. We had to specifically inform the front desk to switch it on, and then wait for it to heat up, which was quite inconvenient. I suggest the hotel could improve the regular operation of this facility. Overall, the transport and views here are outstanding, but there's still room for improvement regarding service details and room space.

The hotel is very close to the train station. We didn't take a taxi when we arrived, so we walked for over ten minutes along the cobblestone road with our luggage. The hotel is next to a small square and not far from a bridge. The city isn't large, so getting around is easy. The room was quite large, and the extra bed was basically just the sofa at the end of the bed. Every night, there was a turndown service, even for a small sofa, and they provided soothing tea bags and an eye mask before bed. On our first day, we even received a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. I loved the wine, and it was quite nice! The room service was quite refined and thorough. Breakfast on the first floor was quite varied and à la carte. The extra bed for the child, perhaps because we didn't specify that there were three people staying, cost an extra 480 euros when we checked out, which was a bit pricey.

Old Qianfeng Hotel, the decoration style and facilities of the room are relatively old-fashioned, but the maintenance is not bad, do not like the old-fashioned style do not book. I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
