⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

The service is perfect, the hardware is perfect, and the restaurant tastes good. The basic room type is spacious enough. However, the basic room type is not in the main building, but in another building, which has a seafood restaurant and a separate breakfast room. Of course, if you want to go to the main building for breakfast and dinner, it is no problem. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main building. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take an electric car.

Location is excellent middle of everything and walking distance to all attractions and museums. Hotel staff are extremely polite nice and helpful as well. We were disappointed with bed sheet last day they put it was yellowish color even though it is the color of the sheet it gives you old and not clean feeling after get used to pure white linensi almost in all hotels. Also we have give the car to valet but it seems they have put 140 km on it. It is a rental car so not big issue but it doesn’t feel good as well.

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

A very good hotel. It is on the edge of the Arno River. The sunset in the morning is so beautiful. After a day of shopping in the discount village, I didn’t want to take a taxi. I had dinner in the hotel. It tasted good. Desserts were also given after the meal🍮 If I have the opportunity to come to Italy again, I hope to stay here

Excellent stay in the heart of Florence Palazzo Portinari Salviati is a beautiful historic residence with an unbeatable central location, just steps away from major attractions and shopping areas. The building itself is full of character and elegance, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. Despite being in the city center, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing at night. A perfect choice for travelers who want to experience classic Florentine charm with modern comfort. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to the train station. We didn't take a taxi when we arrived, so we walked for over ten minutes along the cobblestone road with our luggage. The hotel is next to a small square and not far from a bridge. The city isn't large, so getting around is easy. The room was quite large, and the extra bed was basically just the sofa at the end of the bed. Every night, there was a turndown service, even for a small sofa, and they provided soothing tea bags and an eye mask before bed. On our first day, we even received a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. I loved the wine, and it was quite nice! The room service was quite refined and thorough. Breakfast on the first floor was quite varied and à la carte. The extra bed for the child, perhaps because we didn't specify that there were three people staying, cost an extra 480 euros when we checked out, which was a bit pricey.

Old Qianfeng Hotel, the decoration style and facilities of the room are relatively old-fashioned, but the maintenance is not bad, do not like the old-fashioned style do not book. The room is large in size and much larger than the average European room. There are very few types of breakfast in the hotel, but the desserts are very beautiful and delicious. It is too happy to eat different small bread cakes every day. It is worth complaining that the room actually provides instant coffee powder. Get rid of this but in Italy, will the heart not hurt?

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
