We had to self check-in. The room was smaller than we'd imagined, and the air conditioning was broken upon arrival. This meant we had to open the window for ventilation to avoid it getting stifling, but then it became quite noisy. There was no kettle provided in the room; if you needed hot water, you had to collect it yourself from the tuck shop in the lobby. The only redeeming feature was a foosball table, which kept the kids entertained.

Really appreciated the help from a cute tall thoughtful handsome staff( forgot to ask his name) before checking in. 👬The staff there are all friendly actually😃 📍The location is good. Very stylish. 🛝 The room I had was a bit small. The doors there are all heavy. The hairdryer in my room couldn’t continue drying( it stopped like every one minute) Overall, I would like to stay there again by myself next time(if)

The hotel staff during the night shift was extremely rude. The way she spoke to my family was unacceptable. She raised her voice when we couldn’t complete the check-in for the second room, even though we had already completed the check-in for the first room using the machine. She corrected my accent twice when I asked for a kettle. The room was small and dirty. I’m so disappointed, especially with the service. Also, don’t buy the cold cuts; the price tag is wrong 79 SEK but they charged for 169SEK.

The room was tiny and the amenities were abysmal. There wasn't even a kettle. To make matters worse, there wasn't a single trash can in the room, let alone basic toiletries like a razor. Honestly, it was worse than a youth hostel, and it was ridiculously overpriced!

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight for me – absolutely delicious! The location is also lovely; it's very quiet around here, with a church and a small park just a short walk away. I'd definitely recommend staying here, as it offers excellent value for money, especially considering it's in a Nordic country.

Nice location. Very clean. No amenities like kettle, dental kit etc. and no cleaning services. Have to pay for anything you need. Good for a short stay

I only booked for one night as I’m not sure about it but wow surprised me!! Room are clean and good location!

Perfect budget hotel- the check in screens were not working but someone from the hotel very quickly helped us check in manually. Location is perfect for exploring Stockholm and lots of nice bars and cafes nearby.

It was 8-10mins walk from the central station, and it is close to the city centre (shopping area). There’s no everyday cleaning, but we can request towels/ amenities if needed. Staff are friendly and energetic. The lobby is nicely designed, great for business travellers
