Holiday inn Sutton 4*hotel. Close to local amenities shopping , eating. The hotel has Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, gym, and steam room. Excellent selection of breakfast (help yourself / buffet). Friendly staff at the hotel. Good public transport nearby. I high recommended Holiday Inn Sutton.

the staff was so nice and warm welcoming. the room and facilities are quite good but it looked old a little bit. after checking out, i left the luggage at the hotel to traveling in other places and came back to take my luggage in the evening — this is the best point that i love ❤️

The environment is very good. We are a family of four, and the room with two double beds is very suitable for family travel. It is a good choice

The hotel was decent, but nothing special. I did appreciate the relaxation facilities they offer (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, gym), although the cleanliness was a bit lacking. That said, it was consistent with the hotel's very reasonable prices. However, on our last day, we got the scare of our lives when the fire alarm went off at 1 AM. This was because a couple was smoking in the hallways, and there was utter chaos trying to get out. All in all, I stayed for 11 nights, and it was alright.

very dated hotel with not very clean carpet. bathroom door was soaked before and so the the wood expanded which we have difficulty closing it. good thing is there is an indoor pool for the kids.

It was good value for money at the time. However, the rooms are not soundproof and are showing their age.

This hotel was a great stop on our road trip. Parking was convenient, the room was spacious, and both breakfast and dinner offered a generous spread.

Good location near to shops and trains Easy to find underground parking £15 for 24 hrs. Easy accessed amenities as described. Good food and helpful and friendly staff. Rooms good size only downside is no plugs beside bed.

The hotel is within a short walking distance to: good eateries, shops and the train station to Central London. There are ample parking spaces at ~10pounds/ day for hotel guests. This older hotel has comfortable, spacious rooms but a quirky shower head (aim at the wall as you shower to avoid flooding the bathroom).

Great facilities! Pool is best early in morning with families if you want a chill time. Room was spacious enough and comfy. It was very warm, great stay that we are coming back again. Parking is bit pricey though!
