It was really great experience in Lamborghini hotel Suzhou. Most of all, the kindness of staffs is the best. Cozy and ancient mood was also good for us. We will be there again at the year-end season. Specially thanks to 'Grace' and 'Yuki'. You are best for our family during the stay.

For this business trip to Suzhou Industrial Park, I specifically chose the Lamborghini Hotel, which I hadn't stayed at before, and it completely exceeded my expectations. First off, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and attentive during check-in, proactively asking about our needs. We arrived quite early that day, but they promptly arranged a room for us and even upgraded our room type. The complimentary bar on the first floor offers free-flow drinks, beer, fruits, and snacks during fixed hours in the daytime. We also received vouchers for two free Martinis, redeemable at the first-floor bar. This bar is award-winning, specializes in gin, and has a fantastic ambiance! On top of that, they also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. I also loved the view from our room; you can enjoy the Gate of the Orient while soaking in the bathtub. We ate at the hotel's Su Mian Fang (a noodle restaurant) on the first floor for two consecutive days because it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. Tired of the usual chain hotels, I was looking for a change, and this place truly exceeded my expectations! Nestled by Jinji Lake, this garden-style hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite its central location. Firstly, every front desk staff member was incredibly warm and attentive, genuinely asking about my room preferences and going above and beyond to accommodate them. I requested a quiet room with a good view, and to my delight, they upgraded me to a secluded room where foot traffic was minimal, offering an amazing panorama. It was easily over 100 square meters! The hotel also boasts two award-winning restaurants. For breakfast, skip the buffet and head to Su Mian Fang – it's truly worth it! The noodles are far superior to those found in typical city noodle shops, and only marginally pricier. Try to go a bit earlier to secure a table with a lake view. Their complimentary refreshment station is also excellent; it's comparable to an executive lounge at other hotels, offering snacks and beverages. This hotel is truly a must-visit. I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views, delightful cuisine, and impeccable service.

I had booked this hotel on my phone in advance, right as a typhoon approached. Our butlers, Yuki and Toby, provided exceptional service, and the hotel lobby was incredibly elegant. The rooms beautifully incorporated book-themed elements, seamlessly blending traditional Chinese aesthetics with modern design. The breakfast spread was quite extensive, offering a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. A particular highlight of the hotel is their noodles, with an incredibly flavorful and fresh soup base. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The hotel's location near Suzhou Center makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Our room was well-appointed, featuring a mini-bar, a bathtub, a walk-in shower with separate wet and dry zones, and double vanity sinks – ideal for two guests. The hotel environment is superb, a true urban oasis with a beautiful garden. From the rooftop, you can enjoy views of Jinji Lake, and the garden even offers direct access to the Jinji Lake boardwalk, which is perfect for an evening stroll after dinner. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing; they upgraded our room and kindly provided complimentary cocktail vouchers for the hotel bar.

The hotel's ambiance is wonderful, truly a garden paradise that put me in a great mood. I'd even call it a mini Humble Administrator's Garden! A huge thank you to Nancy and Jenny! Due to the rain and the hotel's incredibly lush greenery, our booked room felt a bit damp. We initially only asked for a dehumidifier, but late at night, they went above and beyond, promptly moving us to a different, upgraded room. We had an absolutely fantastic night's sleep! Highly recommend.

The hotel was fantastic! We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The facilities were excellent and spotless. The dedicated service was outstanding; they even promptly informed us about an item we'd left behind and arranged to have it couriered back to us. The hotel is interconnected with the Crowne Plaza Hotel, allowing guests to share access to their pool and restaurants.

Upon seeing online that the Lamborghini Scriptorium Hotel offered lake-view rooms, I eagerly made a booking. We were visiting Suzhou Museum with our child during the last few days of summer vacation. Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately captivated by its exquisite garden features. The staff's warm and attentive service further put us completely at ease. In particular, Yuki and Grace stood out for their professional and enthusiastic service, always going the extra mile for guests. Our room boasted upscale facilities and offered a comfortable, home-like ambiance. The spacious lake-view balcony provided expansive views and was literally right by the water, allowing us to see the boardwalk stretching into the lake from our vantage point. It was also incredibly convenient to take a stroll downstairs to the iconic Gate of the Orient, which could even be photographed directly from the hotel. Both the hotel's own Chinese restaurant and Su Mian Fang (Suzhou Noodle House) offered excellent quality dining. If I have the chance to visit Suzhou again, I would definitely choose this hotel and its lake-view rooms. The only minor drawback was the relatively small size of the hotel's swimming pool. However, as the hotel is part of the same group as the Crown Plaza, the staff enthusiastically arranged for us to use the Crown Plaza's pool. Their outdoor pool, open during summer, offered truly magnificent views of the lake and the Gate of the Orient!

The hotel staff were wonderful; they spoke gently and provided excellent service. When my child was running around, other staff members proactively kept an eye on them. The environment was also great, and my entire family was very pleased. A special thank you to Grace and Mandy for always proactively checking in on my stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance in the future.

What truly stood out was this: I accidentally left a piece of clothing in my room when checking out, and the hotel proactively contacted me and helped mail it back. Such reliable and reassuring service! ## Dining: The noodles at Su Mian Fang were absolutely fantastic. My whole family loved them so much that we had them for lunch on the first day and breakfast on the second. There are also plenty of other dining options nearby, with tons of choices available at Suzhou Center. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We spontaneously arrived in Suzhou and booked this hotel last minute, initially just planning to stay for a night, but it ended up being an unexpected delight. The service was fantastic, truly a butler-style experience. We could approach our butler directly with any questions. They even provided refreshments during check-in. Our butlers, Yuki and Toby, were incredibly responsive, providing timely feedback with an excellent attitude – a big thank you to them! We were also given a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also features a Michelin-recommended noodle restaurant. We tried it on our second day, and the noodles were delicious! Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

We are truly grateful for the warm, attentive, and meticulous service provided by your hotel. The Suzhou gardens, veiled in misty rain, were an ethereal and enchanting sight, truly showcasing the captivating beauty of Jiangnan. The Huabin Art Appreciation at the Shuyuan is certainly worth seeing. As we walked along the garden's flagstone paths, the air was incredibly fresh – truly a natural oxygen bar.
