Excellent hotel and location , we enjoy everything here from the room , specially breakfast and staff. I would recommend every of my friends and family to stay here

Clean,very convenient 10-10

The hotel's location is very convenient, with everything you need nearby. All the sights are also nearby. I liked the variety of breakfasts: the buffet had a wide selection.

Excellent service, good breakfast selection, comfortable beds, impressive check in areas, great location. Room would benefit with an upgrade and to keep up with other competitors' offering.

A pleasant and comfortable stay. Our third time time here. Good breakfast. Will come back again in this coming December.

Nice service with warm attitude. The location is convenient, nearly downtown and most of the attractions.

It's a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Tainan Art Museum is right next to it. Other points of attraction are also within walking distance.

Pros: - huge selection for breakfast! Many with local flavours. Must experience to believe - hotel comes with outdoor swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room - centrally located. Nearby attractions include Tainan Art Museum, Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store, Hayashi Department Store - staff are very polite, proactive and helpful Cons: - no bottled waters provided. Flask provided to get drinking water from water dispensers located on room floor

Its atmosphere is nice and comforting with nice decoration spread through its walls it has nice and quick service with lovely staff waiting to assist u every second.

The location and facilities of the hotel properties are very good. In particular, the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are excellent in terms of food and beverages choices.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room. The surrounding area is packed with great food options, and it's super convenient for sightseeing. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Tainan.

Overall, Lakeshore Hotel Tainan is quite a decent choice. The premises were clean and well-kept, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and both the check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. The room size was adequate, the beds were comfortable, leading to a decent night's sleep, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. While the hotel offers a comprehensive range of facilities, there's room for improvement in their overall maintenance and attention to detail. Judged purely by ********* standards, it could certainly pass as a four-star hotel. However, compared to high-end hotels in places like Macau, the difference is quite noticeable, especially in the refinement of details and service quality. The breakfast selection was decent but not extensive, though it met basic needs. The overall ambiance of the pool and public areas was pleasant, making it suitable for families and those with children. All things considered, it was a largely satisfactory stay. If they can improve on the finer details and dining quality in the future, I believe it would be much closer to a five-star standard.

Booked this room for my co-workers—they had nothing bad to say about it. The room was spacious with plenty of space to spread out. Really nice and comfortable hotel.
