The room was too little for the family of 4, but its just for sleeping. We was out all day anyway. Its ok for families with small kids on low budgets. I only have the pic of bathroom if it helps anything.

Upon returning home, I discovered a disturbing clump of women's hair on my clothes, for which there is no explanation. I have since requested security footage from the hotel. This is because throughout my 3-day stay in Tokyo, I was only out of my room for a total of 6 hours (5 hours for meals and 1 hour for shopping); the rest of the time, I was alone in the room. What's more, I had already found a strand of hair in the bathroom on my very first day. This is truly unsettling.

Overall, everything was great, but the washing machine wasn't very good.

Good location, close to several metro stations. Restaurants and cafés near by. A very nice park is also near by. The only down side is that the room for 4 people is rather small, but it was okay for a few nights.

Small problems with the reservation and the room itself were quickly fixed by front desk staff. Excellent!

Very good

Less than a 5 win walk from exit 7 of the Akasaka Chiyoda line(though this exit does not have any escalator or elevators). There is a 7/11 just across the road, is clean, with helpful and friendly staff.

A good selection of eatery in the area. Hidden bars and a walk in the park to Midtown can become your daily routine! If you are Harry Potter fans, u can go on foot. Book early; price and room type will become tight as dates get closer!

The room is small yet spacious enough for solo traveler. I can fully open a 28cm luggage. There’s nothing much to complain and I think the only problem was the lights are quite dim. I would definitely come back for my next solo trip.

Our stay is great however there's no cleaning everyday that's why our trash piled up in our room. There's also a sauna but for men only. Sad. There's coin laundry and vendo machine at the first floor. The best thing is you can extend check out by paying just 1,000 yen until 12 noon. Also near train station of Chiyoda line Akasaka. Thank you livemax hotel.

Great location that is just flat road from the metro station. Amazing area with lots of restaurants that open till late and walking distance to Roppongi as well as the latest Harry Potter cafe and exhibition at Akasaka! Room and price definitely a good deal for such a great location!

It's the 4th time I've been here because it's budget friendly and decent place to sleep. Internet connection is generally good as I work from my laptop as a digital nomad. The down side is, despite being in a non smoking room, there's always someone smoking on the non smoking floor every time I stayed which is deterring me away from coming back and looking for other options.
