Due to its high altitude, the Pamir Plateau has a cool/cold climate for most of the year, and extreme high temperature weather is short and unpredictable. Therefore, the traditional design of local buildings (including this hotel) focuses on warmth preservation, and refrigeration and air conditioning are generally not installed. This is by no means ignoring your comfort, but a common practice based on long-term climate characteristics. However, we fully understand the pain you experienced this time-the lack of air conditioning makes the room stuffy and unbearable, and it is absolutely unacceptable. Your feedback is extremely valuable and prompted us to take immediate action: 1. Emergency response: We have begun to add high-efficiency electric fans to the guest rooms for use during hot periods. 2. Optimize ventilation: We will study ways to improve the natural ventilation effect of existing rooms. 3. Long-term considerations: We are seriously evaluating the feasibility of installing refrigeration equipment in some areas in the future. We are deeply sorry that the housekeeper entered the room to clean without your permission and without confirming the check-out status. This seriously violated our service process (with the consent of the guests) and also violated your privacy.
