Would definitely not recommend the place even if they were paying me in actual golden bitcoins

The facilities that should be there according to trip.com were not there. Like the gym, spa en rooftop pool….

The transport to the hotel isn’t convenient. While checking in with trip.com’s check-in Voucher, we were asked to pay a lot of extra fees, which is almost four times the price shown on the voucher. I was stunned, showing the confirmation email from trip.com which says the total amount should pay at the hotel is USD31.38or euro€29.48, instead more than €110 the reception man asked, then he said the city tax for each one is €8, we three people should pay €24, as my 83-year-mother was quite tired after long-distant flight, I didn’t want to look for the new hotel and was to pay what he asked this time as €53.5, I gave him my credit card, then he said if I pay by credit card, the settled amount would be Lek55961, which I think 10 times the amount, but he said it’s because of the online rate, finally I paid USD60 in cash, without any changes given. After stepping into the room, the old broken facility made me upset again. In one word, it’s an awful experience which spoiled the first day of my family trip. When I checked out the next morning, the reception man wasn’t there, another reception woman was arguing with two guests again for the extra payment she asked for.

It’s in a great location, very close to a lot of attractions that tourists will want to meet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is absolutely horrible, you'd rather sleep on a bench in the park than stay here. They made me pay for an imaginary 'tourist tax', didn't clean the room after the previous guest and double booked the room, resulting in some drunk guests storming into my room in the middle of the night. Do not book this hellish place!

Black store with too many extra charges. I hope you don’t make a reservation.

Apart from some problems with the reception, the hotel was good

Omg … got as far as reception and knew this booking was a mistake. The bar area in the front is rotting and filthy. Walked in the front door and it was dark. Dinghy and depressing. Was told I was too early to book in. Asked if I could get a drink while o waited…. Uh no Got moved to a different hotel,

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

Just realized they had scammed me 8euro, per person, per night as a "city tax". Never had this experience in Tirana, Albania. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Location was great, next to bloku and the price was not bad overall.

An unfortunate, introduction to Albania, (which is generally nice) , this is NOT a budget option, the "special voucher" essentially adds an additonal €100 to the bill, that combined with an address that does not exist, and when you do finally arrive , "sorry fully booked, but we have some availability in our partner hotel" (additional , additional charges apply) ! Really do not be tempted by the offer of this low budget "hotel" ! In my experience, it is a "well it was in the small print" & " we are able to upsell" well scam! See previous comments DO NOT BOOK unless you want to be charged for for something you didnt expect to be charged for! (Travel tip wifi available in most cafe/bars in Albania v.handy)!

This hotel is such a scam and it does not live up to the pictures or anything else for that matter. The staff at check-in was very rude and when we explained our situation/frustration he didn’t really care or wanted to help.. the room was not clean, very disgusting place. They also overcharge for everything. Great location though:)

DON'T GO THERE! Unless you have a fetisj for being ripped of. The tourist tax is €1,- a person a night but they charge you €8,- a person a night. Saff is highly unintressted in your confort. Requests are not noticed or neglected. 2 sodas and a beer are charged €18,50 and if you ask about it a shady form with their 'prices' is handed over. Be smart and go anywere else

I do not recommend this hotel . Mu husband and I wanted a normal room but were surprise to see the room not cleaned at all . Can not stayed there. Service so poor as well . They do not care of enjoying client . We were so un happy to leave the hotel
