Located in a quiet neighbourhood near the central business district of Shinagawa, facing a street of food options. There's a nice riverside bridge nearby, with cafes and indie shops as well. Clean, although ventilation in the lobby could be better. Service staff were pleasant. Continental breakfast meant choices for each course were limited, but I was fine with it. Like other hotels in this chain, pajamas and amenities are provided in the lobby. Because there is an onsen, a yukata is provided instead of the traditional button-up and pants combo. Crowd condition monitoring for breakfast, the onsen and laundry were very useful. Laundry is also extremely affordable.

Just outside, you'll find a quiet commercial street. Conveniently, a supermarket is located diagonally opposite, open until 9 PM, and stocked with vegetables, fruits, pre-made meals, beverages, pastries, and daily essentials – perfect for meeting your basic needs. The breakfast is predominantly Western, offering a good selection of pastries, vegetable salads, and chicken breakfast sausages.

My go-to hotel if I'm flying in & out of Haneda. Area is quiet at night and convenient enough to travel to and from town.

Google Maps claimed the front desk staff spoke English, but I certainly didn't experience that. It also felt like their attitude instantly soured the moment I presented my Chinese passport. I gave everything else three stars, as some aspects were hard to fairly evaluate. For our triple room booking, the 'abstract' (read: utterly unhelpful) front desk couldn't simply adjust our reservation from two people to three. They insisted on an additional 6000 yen per night for the third person. Despite having a confirmed room, we were actually *kicked out* by the front desk while trying to discuss the third person's arrangements! We never even entered the room, yet they flat-out refused to issue any refund. I genuinely hope Trip.com sees through this 'abstract' (terrible) hotel and delists it soon.

A lovely hotel with good location and amenities. The hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Breakfast is continental with good selection . The artificial hot spring bath is a bonus . The only thing that I don't like is the slippers are not disposable.

Hotel was great, especially considering the cheap price. Shinagwa is a quiet neighborhood but worth walking across so many bridges. It’s convenient for people like me who only have one day layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was good and they even have complimentary mini bar in the evening. I’ll definitely return here someday!

Staff are pretty discriminative against Chinese traveller. I hope they understand that they are in the tourism sector and should be more patient in the future if they want this job. The hotel should provide more training. Other than bad service, the hotel has a super small onsen. The positives would be a good breakfast and free drinks. They also do not provide any key cards, access is all keyless with codes.

1. Hotel and room. Room was pretty small as expected, clean. Didn’t like that the view was just the wall of another building. Hotel has its onsen, but i wasn’t allowed due to my tattoos. 2. Breakfast. Didn’t enjoy, not nutritious enough, not very tasty - a better decision would be to eat from konbini. 3. Location. It’s my favourite neighbourhood in Tokyo to stay but the location of this hotel was not perfect, the closest station is Shinbanba, but to get anywhere in the city u will have to go to Shinagawa and then start your journey as it’s a large hub station with various lines crossings. Shinbanba isn’t as good of a station also because the trains do not go as often here (every 10-15 only). If u like to walk u can get to Shinagawa in 20 minutes by foot.
