The neighborhood is quiet. Free spirit, ice, coffee machine and non-alcoholic soda machine are provided at the lobby every afternoon til 9pm. Reception staff was nice. Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel is great, located in a quiet area almost in the centre of Tokyo, near 5 different metro lines. Each day you can take up to 5 different face and body care products. Also, you can choose your cushion. But rooms are very small, breakfasts are designed for the Japanese

Convenient location - several metro station, bus station. Number room is very small, breakfast isn’t very diverse, but you can eat your fill.

It was a family trip at Japan. This hotel surrounded by a lots of shop like convenience shop opposite and restaurant next to the hotel.

Very easy check-in and checkout process. Always available wide range of consumables. Free drinks during the day. The staff is nice. Good smoking place. The only downside is breakfast. It's not well suited for foreigners, with quite a small choice of Western food. But good service. Also, the hotel is 10 minutes from the train station; this can be a challenge with big luggage.

In the middle of all interesting spots in Tokyo. Typical business hotel. Small, but has everything you could need.

Nice place to stay in Tokyo for couple days, the place for breakfast is small so be ready for waiting in the morning; the hotel is easy to reach from both Tokyo airports, the rooms are clean. Very convenient access to room with password on the door but if you arrive after midnight, you should call hotel by phone in advance, no option for email messages :(

Great hotel! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, a variety of care products, pajamas, pillows for every taste. Clean towels and a bottle of water were provided every day. In the lobby you can pour hot or cold drinks, even make a cocktail. The location is excellent, you can walk to several metro stations or tourist areas.

Good for short term stay as the room size is small for 2 person even booking the largest room available. Not able to open up luggages at the same time. Public onsen is a bonus, and location is great, just across Tokyo Station.

Hotel has great location: very cozy, calm area + lot of subway stations around. Also several combinis in foot destination. The breakfast was tasty and varied each day. In the room you can find air cleaner as well as tea spot and hair drier. Room is small but comfortable. Also each day we had free drinks (after 3pm) and 5 facilities for hair and skin per person. We really liked our stay and plan to return there once again.

The hotel is conveniently located near Ningyocho subway station in a quiet, clean, and cozy area, with 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores nearby, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants offering food for every taste. I really liked the hotel: it’s stylish, neat, and clean. Keep in mind that the rooms are very small. My mom and I stayed in a room with a bunk bed: a double on the bottom and a single on top. The toilet is equipped with a heated seat and a built-in bidet for intimate hygiene! We opened our suitcases at the entrance of the room. Many Japanese people live this way; it’s a characteristic of the city. The breakfast is amazing, though the selection is small, everything is of the highest quality. Even the croissants and rolls taste like they just came from France! The coffee is delicious, which is very important to us. The menu features dishes and ingredients from Japanese cuisine. By the way, it seems that the hotel is very popular among Japanese people who come to Tokyo for business trips. We noticed very few foreigners. I would gladly stay here again, despite the room size. It’s very convenient to reach any point in Tokyo from here, and you can simply walk to Tokyo Station in 15 minutes or to Ningyocho subway station in 10 minutes.

Nice hotel, comfortable and not crowded location. I was provided with breakfast. Clean and pillows for your liking. Definitely will return 😀
