We had a great stay! The hotel staffs were very friendly, and very helpful. We ordered a lot from Amazon and they already sent to my room before I arrived. Great service. Just location is not the best for winter, as you need to walk to the station. If summer it would have been fine.

good hotel from hardware perspective, but we felt the service is a bit cold and not super welcoming by Japanese standard. the hotel is hip and well designed

A great location near Shinjuku, with a welcoming and playful atmosphere, especially seeing all the pets guests brought with them. I also really liked their social hour with complementary snacks and drinks in the evening as a further way to relax and enjoy the city.

It was a great experience to spend lovely time with family. A little bit far from the station, but still quite nice! Will stay here again next time when visiting Tokyo. It’s in Shinjuku and a lot of stores nearby. No need to worry about the food or shopping stuff🥹

Staffs are super nice, breakfast has too little selection. The room is clean and comfy, but a bit far from subway. I stayed in Kimpton Bangkok and was so impressed, but Tokyo one was just soso.

Quite new hotel with friendly abs attentive services. A bit long walking distance to station. Breakfast with good quality but not much choices.

The design and equipment are new, but it is about 10-12 minutes away from JR Shinjuku Station and the room space is relatively small. Overall, it is good for Shinjuku area because the overall service is pretty good.

*I called in advance and had a pet-friendly room prepared, and I stayed in a room (with a bathtub) that was upgraded for an additional fee. Anyway, I thought it was a very dog-friendly hotel. Everyone at the reception told me how cute my dog ​​was, brought me treats, and smiled at me every time I passed by. I've never been to a hotel that is so dog-centered. When I told her it was my birthday, she left a plate in my room. It was lovely. I would like to use it again for our anniversary! !
