Amazing
MM61793****It was great to have a Chinese staff member at the front desk; she made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. The restaurant and bar are on the ground floor, and all the servers there speak excellent English. Breakfast is also served here, and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you enjoy a Western-style breakfast.
PPanduolawawaWe came from Osaka to Tokyo and stayed here for three nights. The hotel has a simple, minimalist design and is quite clean, though definitely not luxurious – think more along the lines of an Atour Hotel in China. What's really great and thoughtful is that the toilet, shower, and sink are all separated, which is very user-friendly. Plus, there's ample space for luggage. We booked a room with three beds, and surprisingly, both kids were fighting over who got to sleep on the sofa bed! Our room offered views of the Tokyo Skytree, and it was very close to Sensoji Temple. The neighborhood was quiet, almost residential, yet incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options. There's a supermarket and a pharmacy right downstairs, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Ichiran Ramen and Lawson are just a 2-minute walk away, and Don Quijote is only a 3-minute walk. There's also a ramen shop at the corner that I actually found even better than Ichiran. The hotel's main building is just across the crosswalk, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right outside, but the timing didn't work out for us, so we didn't take it. Overall, our stay here was excellent, and we've been quite nostalgic about it since returning home.

Great
TTim NazarovHotel has a convenient location with Otemachi station entrance in same exact building around the corner. A few 24h conbini’s are located around.
We had a room facing the park with a stunning view at the sunset and Mt.Fuji.
The room itself is clean and spacious, everything needed was inside, staff changed towels daily.
Smoking room is around reception and is really comfy as there are 2 vending machines.
The only downside - pool operating ours are ending early, which is a bit strange as walking around Tokyo usually does not end around 6-7 pm. and would be great to stretch you legs after a long walk swimming in a pool before going to sleep

IIcykeyThe hotel is conveniently located right by Kyobashi Station. It’s just a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo Station and Ginza, and only 5 minutes to Takaracho Station, where you can take the Metro directly to Narita or Haneda Airport—making it very convenient for travelers. The neighborhood has convenience stores and restaurants, yet the atmosphere remains quiet and peaceful. The facilities are excellent—while the rooms are compact (but cozy), there’s a spacious common area behind the reception where guests can work, eat, or relax. The hotel also offers a shared kitchen and a fitness room. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are kept clean. I’d definitely stay here again on my next solo trip to Tokyo!
XXenTravellerHotel is new and nice, v clean, location is just next to Tsukiji market however a 20mins walk to the main Ginza shopping area. Free coffee tea and chocolate in lobby. Receptionist helped to book Yamato luggage service. Didn't get to use public bath, paid buffet breakfast is good quality. Only downside is the pillow is small and flat (with some beans inside), we asked for extra pillows and the receptionist said only one pillow is provided per occupant. I developed a very sore neck and shoulder blade from 5 nights of bad sleep - this was disappointing. It is summer time yet aircon automatically changes to a default 25 degrees Celsius after a while - I woke up at night covered in sweat (comfortable temperature to sleep is 18-21 degrees Celsius). For the amount we paid, the hotel can do better.

Great
GGuest User1. My family and I stayed here for 4 nights on the Standard Room Queen Bed with my kid stayed for free. We booked in 2 weeks time so its understandable the price has doubled.
2. It’s 3 minutes (250 m) walk from the Osaki Station (JR Yamanote/ Circle line). Exit from the South Exit (New West Exit), then turn right. At the end, turn right again and look for the hotel’s signage.
3. The Osaki Station’s station strategic location allows me to travel along the Yamanote Line as well as ease of going to the Tokyo Disneyland and Odaiba.
4. Checking in is awesome, half of them speaks fluent English while some may hardly understands you. We came in early in the morning and they may keep your luggages & baggages for you. Services by the receptions are also superb, able to addressed all my concerns. No complaint at all.
5. The WiFi is just awesome, perfect if you’re need good internet connection. It’s download & upload speed averaged at 200 Mbps.
6. It could be a little annoying waiting for the lifts, since there are only 2 lifts serving 14 floors. Consider peak time when going in and out.
7. The amenities are provided in front of the reception, you may take as per needed. There is also kid’s toileteries set provided.
8. If you are not a smoker or staying with family, avoid the smoking room at all cost. My room are 17m2 in size and it might be a lil’ bit cramp for 2 adults and 1 kid. But if you’re good at arranging your stuffs, you will make do. I’ve also read reviews on the hard bed and thin pillows but not a big deal for me though.
9. Cleanliness at top notch. We didn’t take breakfast and couldn’t comment much but since it is located at offices area, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants available nearby the hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and featured a balcony offering expansive, beautiful views, including Tokyo Tower. Although the hotel has been around for some time, it is exceptionally well-maintained with modern facilities and impeccable hygiene. The shower head was excellent, and the provided Pola toiletries were fragrant and highly effective. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive, ranging from basic items like toothbrushes, combs, and razors, to bath salts, facial cream, and hair ties – truly every conceivable amenity was provided. A special mention goes to the ingenious cotton swabs, which featured an ear pick on one end – perfectly firm yet gentle and very effective. Downstairs, in the basement, there's a 7-Eleven, and on the ground floor, you'll find a cafe and a Chinese restaurant. A shopping mall is also just a 3-minute walk away, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Shinagawa Station and an 8-minute walk from Takanawadai subway station, offering excellent transportation links. Both the front desk and reservations staff were very diligent and responsible. I highly recommend staying here.

VVivi1213I love it! 4.5/ 5 (the 0.5 deducted has a reason that may be just my problem or their problem.)
Location : 5/5 Super near to Haneda Airport. Took the keikyu line from Haneda to Ana-inari station which wasn't a long journey. The walk from station to hotel wasn't long either! Outside the hotel is peaceful, not a lot of tourist in the area and quite a nice view outside. At least I'm not looking into someone's else house or whatever. There is airport shuttle bus which I took to Haneda next morning. Absolutely stress free location and traveling process for a First time solo traveler who is doing her own transfer flight. Restaurant and Konbini nearby so no worries regarding eating.
Room : Room is spacious! I've booked the double room for smoking. For two people, I think the space is absolutely adequate. So dor a single person, it's even better! Everything is clean, amenities well equipped. !!However the 0.5 comes : I think my room shower is broken? I tried everything and twist everywhere to turn the shower on but it didn't work ! I wanted to call frontdesk to ask them to help me but I was too tired so I ran a bath instead. (Shower room has a shower tap and bath tap) ....Maybe they need cleaning staff to also check the taps when they clean.
hotel : Check in is at 3pm. I got there at 2pm, they have free luggage keeping service. By the time I came back from exploration, my baggages were already delivered to my room for me. Check in have two types ; Self check in and staff check in. I did staff check in.
Overall: Hotel Haneda Mystay is worth my money. I could eat well (hotel restaurant was nice too!), sleep well and able to go to my flight next morning on time and just well rested and chilled. I recommend this hotel to anyone who's catching a self-transfer flight the next day or want to explore Ota Ward.

Very Good
GGuest UserHotel fairly convenient for Shimbashi station. Google maps can get a bit confused about the route from the station because of all of the tall buildings. Should take about 5/6 mins walk.
Hotel new, modern and clean.
Check in is done via a machine. It took a few goes as it wouldn’t create the keys. Because of that you don’t really get a personal service. Had to ask about breakfast to ensure it was included and check the opening times.
Room is small. I knew that going into it. Nowhere to put a large case. We had two large and two small and it was a case of constantly stepping over cases. If you are only staying a couple of days then it’s fine. I wouldn’t do it for any longer.
Room very modern. Bed was electric and could rise and fall depending on needs. I don’t really like rooms where you don’t have a separate wash basin / toilet and shower so that is another mark down in rating.
We didn’t realise until the second day that we had not been given the amenities. As on the second day toothbrushes and slippers appeared. You generally get these in all hotels.
Air con was either too powerful or the room was too hot. There was no comfortable middle ground.
Check out wouldn’t work on the automated machine, the staff made us try again even though it wouldn’t work.
Overall it was nice to have a modern and clean room but I really prefer more space. And a more personal service

Very Good
MM487092****Subway access nearby is quite convenient. At approximately 15.6 sqm, the room felt noticeably more spacious compared to the typical 10 sqm rooms often found in other business hotels nearby. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of international guests. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on the 13th floor (300 JPY for a wash, 100 JPY for drying), though it tends to get quite busy in the evenings. There's a small gym on the third floor, which I considered a nice bonus. Breakfast was decent, and the restaurant also serves lunch. My only minor complaint is that, despite being a non-smoking room, I could faintly detect a smoky smell on the bath towels and pillows.
