"5mins walk to West exit of JR Ikebukuro. Lots of cafe nearby, like Sarutahiko Coffee. St Marc, Tully’s and Doutor coffee. The front entrance of the hotel is just a min walk away from renown cake shop in Lumine, Harbs. It is so perfect for cake and coffee lovers!
Front office staff were so attentive and spoke good English. We also tried buffet dinner at a lobby restaurant with resident discount of 500yen off because it advertised on room TV. Can’t expect much for food quality but the price was so good. Will definitely stay there if I return for a visit."

"Our stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel was excellent. The room was clean, modern, and had an amazing view of the Tokyo skyline. Its best feature was the location—it was incredibly easy to get everywhere from there. After busy days exploring, it was the perfect, comfortable place to come back to. So clean. And I loved that beautiful smell at the lobby area, that’s so calming.
All the girls from the reception are so kind and helpful with all your needs. They do their best to satisfy your expectations.
The room is clean and has all you need. The bed is very comfy, pillows have two sides: soft and massage balls, as always at Japanese hotels.
I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Shari and it was tasty. And I loved sake they recommend me. I really enjoyed!
Location is great. Close to everything. Kabukiza theater is just across the street.

"This was my first time staying at Tokyo Dome hotel, for concert at Tokyo Dome. Although you can tell the hotel is with history from it design and facilities, the convenient location with offerings in the nearby area still win the flaws. One time i would like to comment was that i was told to use the check-in kiosk but it was not user-friendly. The translation was not accurate and the staff assistance was not prompt. By the time i check in (16:50), there were no queue waiting for check-in while at least 2 staff were at the front desk that available to assist. However, I need to ask the staff at the Check-in Kiosk twice to settle my check-in process. It makes me wonder if it is necessary to insist guest to use Kiosk while there was no queue for face to face check-in. Other than above, everything was great."

"Another very good stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel!
Location: very convenient as it’s just by the station and even if it’s raining we can go to few shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and seven eleven!
Room: very small but we had everything we need for our stay. Comfortable bed to sleep. This time our room was the opposite side of the station so it was quieter and great night view from windows.
Amenities: Good amenities especially we love body wash towel. Only request was that if they could prepare not only Green tea but also black tea that would be lovely.
It’s always full of tourists at the hotel
When we were staying we could hear voice of next room which was quite noisy and they were chatting quite late with loud voice so this was the only disappointment that we experienced this time."

"No complaints about this hotel! Location is good, 2mins to the train station, family mart in the same hotel building, supermarket and a restaurant next to the train station that opens till late night.

GGuest UserVery comfortable and tourist friendly higher end hotel in the heart of Akihabara! The staff was very welcoming and they even had a pizza restaurant and bar downstairs (along with breakfast). Highly recommend staying here! Rooms were quite spacious considering the overall smaller room sizes in Japan.

Upon settling into our room, we were immediately disturbed by a persistent cracking sound coming from the windows. It was loud enough to wake us up multiple times throughout the night, occurring every 5 to 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly after a long day of travel.
Response to Complaints:
The next morning, we reported the issue to the front desk and speculated that the noise might be coming from one side of the building. We requested to switch to a room on the opposite side before heading out for sightseeing. However, upon our return later that evening, we were given a room on the same noisy side, just one level up. This felt dismissive of our concerns and came across as a lackluster attempt to resolve our issue. It seemed as though they thought we were merely seeking an upgrade rather than genuinely wanting a quiet place to rest.
Final Room Change:
After expressing our dissatisfaction once more, the staff finally moved us to another room on the opposite side of the building. While this room was slightly larger and had the benefit of not placing the bed right next to the window, the cracking sound persisted. Although it wasn’t as disruptive as before, it was still disappointing that the initial concerns hadn’t been fully addressed.
Culinary Highlight:
On a positive note, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. The dinner was delicious and a highlight of our stay.
Conclusion:
While the restaurant offered great meals, the room issues and lack of effective communication left much to be desired. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest complaints in the future.

PPHYO PHYO WAI YANG YINGI booked Nikko Daibas as 12 mins drive away to Tokyo Big sight exhibition. The arrival experience is really good as I took midnight flight and when I arrived hotel 10.30am, the room is ready for me. That's really lovely of the manager. Very appreciated the gesture of this hotel. The room 32 is considered spacious enough for me usually I stay in hotel ＞40m2, so this 35m2 is average standard.
Upon arrival and check-in to my room , which is 2137 ( I booked bay view room ) I made myself a cup of coffee with their Nespresso machine in the room and drink a bottle of water. They provide 4 bottles of water per day with daily amenities like- toothbrush/slipper/skincare/standard shampoo etc. The housekeeping is very satisfying.
Arrival and departure experience are very good as well. The bellboy and the staffs are very polite and friendly, totally love their Japanese gesture. Absolutely different from UK/Europe hotels.

1. Cafe Lobby/Grand Restaurant breakfast section are SUPER Long que- I stayed 4D3N, I managed to have my breakfast 1 day at Cafe Lobby another day at 30th floor SuShi breakfast set which I will share together with the reviews.
2.The Bed/Pillows are not very comfortable with me, I can't sleep well at nights, took me hours to fall asleep
3. I have 6 breakfast coupons for single person , so I am allowed to use for room service / high tea, anyway I am very busy at exhibition and also their good quality didn't meet my expectations.

TTim NazarovHotel has a convenient location with Otemachi station entrance in same exact building around the corner. A few 24h conbini’s are located around.
We had a room facing the park with a stunning view at the sunset and Mt.Fuji.
The room itself is clean and spacious, everything needed was inside, staff changed towels daily.
Smoking room is around reception and is really comfy as there are 2 vending machines.
The only downside - pool operating ours are ending early, which is a bit strange as walking around Tokyo usually does not end around 6-7 pm. and would be great to stretch you legs after a long walk swimming in a pool before going to sleep

GGuest UserThe location was perfect! Walking distance to sensoji temple. There is a low price supermarket and a tax free shop right in front of it. The staff is helpful and friendly. They let me keep my luggage after checking out without any extra cost. The rooms are larger than most hotels in Tokyo. The house keeping was also nice. I liked the toilet system. Separate toilet, washbasin and bathroom. Definitely staying here again!

GGuest UserOverall, a lovely stay at lyf Ginza! First off: very convenient location. It’s right by the Kyobashi station on the Ginza line so I never walked more than 2 min back to the hotel after getting off the subway. There’s also plenty of konbinis nearby for a quick snack. It’s about a 10 min walk away from Tokyo station and maybe 20ish min from Tsukiji fish market. Of course, the shopping area of Ginza is also super close by.
The room was enough for one person. It felt very cozy and was very clean. I made a request for an extra comforter via the Trip.com app prior to check-in and pleasantly surprised to find it there in my room already. You collect the items you need in the main lobby (2nd floor). I was also able to screencast onto the TV, which was a huge plus for me as I unwinded after a busy day. I was able to leave trash by my door in the morning in lieu of a room cleaning, which I appreciated.
I also used the gym a few times. Kind of small, but functional. There’s a treadmill, elliptical, bike, and some boxing machine (?). Yoga mats, some weights (2kg, 3kg, and 6kg), and wet tissues were also available. There’s also a mini kitchen next to the gym with a water machine, which I used a lot. There is also plenty of working space for those who need it.
After checking out, I was able to store my luggage for a few hours while I did last minute shopping.
I loved my stay here and would come back again. I am not in Tokyo often, but I know where I am staying the next time I visit. Thank you!

鐵鐵匠Blind booking, Osaki Station New West Exit. I stayed in Hanzomon for the first few days and switched here for the next few days. It is convenient to go to Kamakura, Odaiba and Osaka. Breakfast is good, bookmarked.

JJ_SydStayed here as i flew in too late to get the shuttle bus to Hakuba valley, stayed the night, had the great breakfast then used the shuttle bus to get back to the terminal in order to get the shuttle bus direct to Hakuba.
Service staff were wonderful and the location was easy to get to from Haneda.

EEMILIOThe self check in was new, but quite complicated and needed staff help to finish the process since we could not do it ourselves. Felt like it was innovative but incomplete. The service was good, quick to attend to us when we needed, the facilities were okay and did not try the food just coffee from the lobby area / bar. Overall, it's a great location and easy to get to.
