"The hotel is very centrally located. The staff are very helpful and professional. The hotel itself is very nice with an outdoor pool and indoor pool facilities with a sauna, turkish bath and spa. We used the indoor pool and sauna which was extremely nice after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Even the hotel is in the old historic district, the rooms are very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered many different options to suit everyone's needs."

"It was no hot water in the room during our stay. But this is not the worst. Jose on the front desk look in my eyes and said it is hot water. No attempt to resolve the situation. I talked to other guests, and they didn't have any problems. Jose told us that this is how it is supposed to be. Spoiled the entire stay. So, no shower for several days."
