Hotel Dos Templarios ★★★★

"The hotel is okay, but it lacks any local character; it's just an ordinary resort hotel, more suitable for Portuguese families with children. The hotel is quite "economical"—no complimentary water, and coffee in the room is chargeable… If you're a foreigner specifically visiting Tomar, I highly recommend choosing other local hotels near the castle, such as the monastery or the other hotel pictured. The last two pictures are of other recommended hotels, not this resort hotel."

Estalagem Santa Iria Hotel & Spa ★★★★

"Great location in Tomar. Very friendly and welcoming people at reception. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although the spa is small it's an excellent facility and it's location overlooking the river is great. The historic sites of Tomar are easily walkable from the hotel and there's a good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby."

Vila Gale Collection Tomar ★★★★

"Unique hotel, especially during the Templar festival weekend. Clean, good breakfast, and fully equipped. Close to the city center. Good location."

Thomar Boutique Hotel ★★★★

"Good location, in the city center. It is possible to visit the main tourist attractions on foot. There is parking next to the hotel, but there are few of them."

Casa Dos Ofícios Hotel ★★★★

"Super friendly staff, clean and well-organised accommodation. The internet may not be the best solution, even trying to access other connections, we had to have TV connected to have the internet, and the air conditioning was not strong enough for one of the people, I did not need any more but I understand that the other person felt more affected."

Thomar Story - Guest House ★★★

"We had a fantastic night's stay and rest at Tomar story. It was extremely clean and the room was decorated beautifully. We loved the themed aspect of our room and the window and view of the river was beautiful. The hotel staff were lovely and looked after our luggage outside of the check in / checkout times. Tomar is a brilliant riverside town and the visit to the Castle and Church of Christ to see the Knights Templar headquarters has been the highlight of our Portuguese tour."

Hotel República Boutique Hotel ★★★★★

"Great hotel in the middle of the historical district. The staff are extra helpful and Carlos at the bar/restaurant next door is awesome. Rooms are modern and well decorated and stocked. You do hear the crowds at night if you’re facing the square but that’s the charm of being in Tomar."

Casa Dos Vidros - Lakefront Charmer Villa ★★★

O Paço - Exclusive Accommodation ★★★★

"The rooms are spacious. The decor is very careful. It has details such as the possibility of having free coffee and fresh water. The staff is very friendly. It has a swimming pool and a wonderful terrace with views of the castle. It is very close to the centre and it is easy to park in the nearby."
