Parador de Tortosa Reviews

A castle on the top of a hill in the city center, sympathetically converted into a pleasant hotel. Nice lounge area, and the swimming pool has great views over Tortosa too. Check in is slow, and rooms a little old fashioned but otherwise a very nice place to stay for 1-3 nights.

The room was very humid and damp. The temperature in the room was not controlled well, so it felt like I was staying in an ice cave. Breakfast is also lacking compared to other 4-star Spanish hotels. The Tortosa area near the Parador is also not popular with tourists.

Very good service and a beautiful inn. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful location. Rooms and suites a bit dated. Hot tub in the suite was broken. The average restaurant is only twice as expensive as in the city. Friendly staff. Tortosa is fun for a day. Lots of impoverishment and vacancy.

Excellent day to go through the history of Tortosa

I stayed for two nights. It was a very nice place. However, it was a bit steep to walk up the hill, but that can't be helped. Other than that, it was a quiet and relaxing hotel at a reasonable price.

Stay in a castle for a night and be a princess for a day

Super hotel in a castle, clean, quiet Check-in is quick, the rooms are clean, parking is free, the views from the window are 5 out of 5. There is only one recommendation, make a fan in the bathroom with a switch, it is noisy at night
