It seems there might be something slightly allergenic, but the service is excellent, the facilities are great, and it’s extremely convenient being right next to Shin-Osaka Station and close to convenience stores. The breakfast is absolutely delicious

Travel 2 adults, 2 kids (4 and 8 yr.) Room is in a good condition and clean. Location is great to commute Shin Osaka station. Speed of internet via wifi is a bit slow.

Very convenience hotel and 5 mins walk to JR and subway. Quiet and room size are not bad and can suit for 2 big luggages.

The hotel felt quite a distance from Shin-Osaka Station, and the walk involved going through a tunnel. I imagine solo female travelers might feel unsafe returning late at night. On the first day, the room had a very strong body odor. We left the window open all day on the second day, and the housekeeping staff seemed to have cleaned it more thoroughly. Female guests should definitely be cautious when considering this hotel.

Our two-day experience at Shin-Osaka Comfort Hotel far exceeded expectations! As a couple traveling, our "economy" double room, despite its name, held delightful surprises in the details: a bathroom with 24/7 consistent hot water, a washing machine with a drying function, and a smart toilet seat – perfectly meeting all our travel essentials. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable; the bed linens smelled fresh like sunshine, and even the grout in the bathroom tiles was sparkling clean. A well-deserved 5 stars! The location is absolutely prime, just a 6-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're taking the JR to Kyoto or Nara, or transferring to the subway to explore Osaka Castle. Enjoying breakfast in the hotel's 21st-floor observation restaurant in the morning, we could watch the Shinkansen bullet trains whiz by through the floor-to-ceiling windows – making for a truly special morning! What touched us most were the thoughtful service details: upon our late-night arrival, a kind front desk attendant thoughtfully explained how to use the local transportation card in Chinese. On a rainy day, they proactively offered us umbrella covers. And upon check-out, they even gave us Osaka-exclusive souvenirs. While the room was compact, it was cleverly designed with ample storage space, so our luggage for two didn't feel cramped at all. The environment was as quiet as a private residence; we heard absolutely no noise at night and slept exceptionally soundly. Cleanliness, ambiance, and service – all five stars! The value for money in Osaka is truly unbeatable. I've already recommended this hotel to all my friends planning a trip to Kansai, and we'll definitely stay here again next time!

Location near the train rail, there is too much traffic noise. However others are very good.

Aside from the bed being a little small, everything else was very comfortable. Its proximity to Shin-Osaka Station is a huge plus, offering numerous dining options for lunch and dinner. At this price point, having breakfast included is exceptional value. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Its location makes it incredibly convenient for day trips to Nara, Uji, Kyoto, and Kobe, and you can easily catch the Shinkansen to Tokyo. Overall, it's an excellent choice.

Good location, near restaurants

If you arrive at Shin-Osaka Station, make sure to stay on the ground floor for easier navigation, especially at night. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the self-service machine. The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was sufficiently large. The only downside for me was the breakfast area, which was quite small and could get crowded.

I personally found it to be great. First off, the room was quite spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly patient; realizing we had trouble understanding, they proactively helped us out with everything.

As a transit stop, I found the value for money to be quite good. The hotel offers a complimentary light breakfast in the morning. Getting your room key is very convenient: simply enter your reservation name and scan your passport at the machine. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station after passing through a tunnel. For dining, there are plenty of options right at Shin-Osaka Station. Overall, I had a very positive impression. My only suggestion would be for the air conditioning and vents to be cleaned regularly.
