The service was good,but the laundry was too small. There were only one washer and one dryer.

the best place weve ever been in DC. enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the bed were so comfy

the room was adequate. we used the television, which worked fine . the quality of the soap and shampoos are good, because they're not using sodium lyraul sulfate there are no slippers provided. there's no free parking but you can park on the street . there's a skateboard park nearby ..

Poor cellular phone networl signal. Wifi is not free, well unless you give your personal data which is so weird. I never ever been asked for a personal data when connecting to a free wifi in a hotel. Front desk personnel is hard to talk with, can’t speak and understand English.

Checking in was smooth, painless and very quick. Parking very quick and great location to major routes.

Convenient transportation, breakfast included, good for business trips

This is a business trip, the hotel responded quickly. The service is great, I haven't made a reservation yet, I just need to show my passport to check in. The scenery outside the window is nice and quiet. It makes people feel like home.

Good hygiene, good environment, good service

The room equipment is clean, the price of the food in the hotel restaurant is OK, and it is a 15-minute walk to the subway station. It is quite convenient and recommended. However, drinking water in the room will be charged if you are not a silver or above member😅
