Bordoy Continental Valldemossa ★★★★
"Without internet, WeChat is useless. There were a lot of bugs in the room, including ants and spiders. The service attitude was average. They even made the wrong room for us and our friend when we checked in at night. There was no compensation at all. When our friend came to visit us, he said that he had to make us pay a 200 euro check-in fee if he stayed here."
Marton Valldemossa Turismo de Interior ★★★
"Arrived late after a long day of hiking and didn’t need to see anyone as we had the codes needed to gain entrance for the main door and then the rooms we had booked. Very clean and all that we needed for our stay. Centrally located. Great for hikers."
Valldemossa Hotel, the Natural Sanctuary ★★★★
"This was our second visit to Hotel Valldemossa and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. The hotel is an oasis of tranquility but within easy walking distance of Valldemossa. The rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The pool area is very relaxing and the loungers are very comfortable. Breakfast offers a good variety of fresh food and the lunches by the pool were delicious. The best cristal bread I have ever had! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. What makes this hotel very special is the staff. They are all wonderful. From arrival to departure they look after guests so well. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always around to assist any way they can. Anna the deputy manager is exceptionally good and manages to be both very friendly and also professional. Gonzalo is a breath of fresh air with his daily greetings and smile. We cannot wait to visit again."
Ca's Papà ★★★
"I want to share my deeply distressing experience at Cas Papà Hotel in Valldemossa on 26th April 2025 to warn all potential guests. This hotel has no accessibility provisions whatsoever — only very old, broken stone steps leading to the entrance and back down, and no elevator inside. This makes access impossible or extremely hazardous for anyone with mobility issues, those carrying luggage, or even regular guests. In this day and age, such a lack of basic accessibility is unacceptable and likely illegal. The route to the hotel involves difficult, cobbled streets that taxi companies refused to traverse unless going to the airport or far destinations. Neither the lack of accessibility nor the absence of an elevator was disclosed to me when booking. This left me struggling to carry my luggage while unwell. A family passing by, seeing my predicament and my condition, kindly helped me to get my luggage up the old and broken steps, which you can see in the photo attached. Upon arrival, there was no physical reception staff present in the evening — a fact that was not disclosed during booking. I was let in by another guest, but when I tried contacting virtual reception via the desk button, the staff member on the line was alarmingly devoid of empathy. Despite my explaining that I was sick, coughing, and exhausted (which the man could see and hear via the intercom and cameras), he refused to provide my room number or access instructions, instead repeatedly insisting on payment via WhatsApp—a completely unprofessional demand—while ignoring my condition. This despite the fact that I made the booking online on the hotel website and had provided all payment details and had received a booking confirmation by email. I repeatedly asked if he could please just tell me what my room number was so that I could at least put my luggage in the room and lie down as I was so unwell, but the man refused each time and said I had to make payment via whatsapp first. I told him that whatsapp did not work on my phone as it is a very old phone and has little storage space and whatsapp was not opening on it, which was the case. However, it was only when I asked him to cancel the booking and told him that I wanted to leave, that he finally relented and told me my room number, but then incorrectly stated it was on a different floor, causing me further extreme stress as there was no elevator and as I had explained to him, I had heavy luggage with me. He told me that the key was in an envelope on the desk that I had been standing at all along to speak to him via the virtual reception button and he had refused to tell me that the key was there until this point. The old and large room key was very difficult to use, requiring a very awkward, non-standard angle to unlock and lock the very old wooden door - for both entering and exiting. This is a serious safety hazard; in an emergency or with limited light, escaping the locked room quickly would be nearly impossible. Additionally, "
Ca's Garriguer ★★★★
"Large spacious adorable rooms. Property is situated in a great location, definitely recommend a rental car with easy access from the hotel to Deià and other spots. Phenomenal service. Absolutely worth the value. Would come back here again!!"
Es Petit Hotel de Valldemossa ★★★
"One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Absolutely loved it! Love everything about this hotel’ if you’re in valldemosa ! You should stay here!"
Ca S'Escultor, Fabulous Rustic Villa With Unique Views ★★★
Sa Vall Valldemossa ★★★★
"A really magical place just on the edge of Vallemosa. We stayed in the newly converted outbuildings, waking up and going to bed with a beautiful view over valley/town and lovely mallorcan gardens. This place is full of character and charm (aswell as a couple of amusing cats)"
Mirabó de Valldemossa ★★★★
"We spent a few unforgettable nights at Mirabó de Valldemossa and it turned out to be the highlight of our Mallorca trip. This small, personal hotel sits up in the mountains with breathtaking views over the village, and the whole atmosphere is amazing . Antonio and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - warm, attentive, and genuinely caring service that never felt formal or distant, just heartfelt. It was exactly what we hoped for. A sweet little bonus: goats and sheep wandering by right outside, adding to the peaceful, rustic charm of the place. Waking up to those views (and the occasional goat!) is something we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a romantic, authentic, and beautifully quiet escape in the mountains above Valldemossa, this is it. We can’t wait to come back. Martina & Anders"
