Good hotel clean and well located. We were very well attended to at the front desk, especially by the employee Andreina, who was very friendly and helped us find good restaurant and tours in Vancouver.

The hotel is has very bad smell on floor 7, I don’t know how the other floors would be. During my staying , the heater was broken and the hotel offered only a heating fan as big as two of my shoes. The AC can’t efficiently make the room warm as well. So unless you will stay from May to September, don’t go there. However, the hotel is located at a very convenient place, but if you are fine with thin walls and charged kitchen.

Great stay at the Divya hotel! The price is a great deal for the location. Not the newest rooms but clean and comfortable. Diana at the front desk gave great food recommendations! Highly recommend if you are able to walk 15 minutes down to the harbor/ Stanley park.

The location was good but not very good about room (bed room was locked, kitchen closet door was locked, not enough tissues…)

Very poor staff, not helpful at all. We booked two nights first, then had to move to our up graded unit which cost three times the amount, full apartment, but have to pay for everything extra, stove, pots, microwave, kettle, why tell people you have booked a kitchen when nothing works until you pay for every item extra. The room is not an upgrade, it is actually the same as the cheaper one. We had to wait and put all our belongings into storage or 4 and half hrs, to move to our up graded unit, because the manager told us there were no units available. Through trip. Com there are units available right away, even the day before or after. Totally unprofessional, we finally got into our unit 4:45pm when had other units available, or at least have that unit cleaned first, when we’re just changing rooms. Very bad service, when do you have to write a good review before you move into your room. That should be illegal.

They refused my checkin early and I have a disability even though I called before I did the reservation and they told me it’s not problem we can let you in early for Extra $30 charges. They left me with no choice but go to my friend house and after all they refused to cancel my reservation.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vancouver and staying at this amazing hotel, which truly made my trip unforgettable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring. The location was perfect, making it easy to navigate around the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver!

Suite with one bed in a room, two beds in the main room which is an open studio to a kitchen. Small balcony too! Great location at the end of Robson Street so can walk into the action, but still fairly quiet. Prob want to open the windows to air the room out a bit after cleaning, but perfectly fine. Watch out for small charges. We didn't hit any tripwires, but there is a 2.4% charge for credit card and clean up fees if you leave dirty dishes and such. So don't leave in a hurry! Check in and check out was quick. The hotel doesn't seem to have facilities, but when you have a kitchen in the room, quite OK! Would def go again. Note that the old hotel name is still on the front, so don't be confused. Worked out fine.

Great price and location. Situated close to popular restaurants and downtown core. Interesting artwork displayed at the front entrance. Hotel could use some updating but would expect rates to soar. Would definitely stay here again

Convenient location

I came to Vancouver from the island without a car. The hotel was easy to fine and close to excellent shopping and restaurants. Large windows overlook the city. I appreciated the large refridgerator and freezer.

Close to everything.
