It’s location within a few mins walk to metro station Waterfront and cruise terminal Canada Place is excellent for those planning to visiting Vancouver and taking the Alaska cruise. They have a great pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. The room is clean and spacious. We stayed in one bedroom (with two double beds) suite with dining table and a large couch. It was a very nice stay for us.

All the staff are kind and helpful, specially the staff at swimming pool area, they assist my daughter in washroom. I really like the view from my bedroom window. 😊

It was a nice stay at this hotel. The room was specious and it had wonderful views. I woke up with a beautiful sunrise. Staffs were very friendly and professional. What I don’t understand is hotels in western countries don’t have any inside slippers always…though.

The hotel is just 3 minutes' walk from the Waterfront Station. There are a number of cafes nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk is helpful. It was however no good to have a stranger knocking on my door asking to check the smoke alarm in my room without prior notice from the hotel. I had let the unaccompanied stranger in at my own risk (single woman) which was bad. Feedback to the uniform staff in the hotel and was told nothing can be done which is disappointing.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. The location is good and close to city centre and the harbour. Nothing much to offer guests.

Great location for cruise guests, one street away from the wharf. Very nice pool and fitness centre. Front desk is very helpful. It would be good if there is a hotel restaurant which could provide breakfast or dinning

Arrived later in the evening and the staff was excellent with check-in and answering questions about our check out the next day. Very accommodating with our cruise schedule, holding luggage until we needed to board ship. Staff was helpful in taking our luggage to the ship check in, going the extra mile!!! Beautiful scenery around the hotel, close to everything near the port area. Room was a suite, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep!

I found the accommodations to be suitable for a group of four, offering a comfortable space despite being slightly rundown. However, the hotel's excellent location made up for any shortcomings in the room. Overall, my experience was positive, thanks to the convenience of the location and the comfort of the room for our group.
