Not recommend this hotel….beee

The employees are friendly, the rooms are clean. Right opposite the Samos ferry port. The location is very good.

It seems to be evaluated as a decent hotel in Samos Island, but compared to hotels in general cities, it seems to be a little disappointing. The facilities are a little different from hotels in modernized cities in Samos Island. The most important thing is that the name of the hotel is not Samos City Hotel, it is just Samos Hotel.

Not bad.

Hotel in need of major remodeling. No water pressure in bathroom sinks...reported 3 times...nothing done. Breakfast ice cold...very limited...never replenished. Staff kind and well intended, but totally ineffective.

This hotel's crowning glory is its rooftop pool. Lovely area with great views out towards the sea. It has comfy seabeds and towels are provided. Staff in the area are helpful. I had a sea view with a balcony. A must if staying at this hotel as the rooms are basic to say the least. Paper thin walls. Very small bathrooms but nice products. The room was clean and the ladies who clean them are friendly and hard working. Breakfast can we eaten outside with views of the harbour. Rolls, cake, cheese, meat, cereals and salad stuff. The coffee is poor and the 'juice' squash. The young man who clears the tables is efficient and takes a pride in doing a good job and is a credit to the hotel. I didn't like the cats and dogs joining me at breakfast, nor the loud group of Americans who were staying there. One spoke very rudely about me, she thought I was Greek. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Location was acceptable and general condition of room was adequate however the configuration of the toilet and bathroom sink was absurd as it was almost impossible to sit 'front on' as the space between toilet bowl ands sink was too close. Entry door, bathroom door and wardrobe door opened onto each other and made it difficult to access these areas. Lack of drawers for clothing.

Good location for bars & restaurants. All on the level. Most of staff friendly & helpful. When new staff left to own devices, can't manage breakfast.

Nice place but inside the floor and etc needs to upgrade..

Plus: -Value for money -Helpful staff (most of them) -Great location Minuses: -Jacuzzi doesn’t work -In the pool area there was rude staff member always after 15.00 -Breakfest was not that good and always the same kind of foods -The restaurant workers didn’t seem to bother to serve or tell about the menu at all Overall okay value for money!

We have just arrived home after another enjoyable stay at the Samos hotel. The hotel is in a great position on the waterfront and the view from our balcony was a joy. As always, the staff were a delight. We can't wait to go back.

Great hotel, perhaps a little dated but great if you are on/off ferries or heading to Turkey. Pool was closed which was disappointing

Needs refurbishment.
