Hotel is new and clean even though the location is far from St. Mark’s Square. Breakfast was good with various choose and just one thing I dislike as car park is under renovation which I was not informed during arrival.

Big spider on the wall, air conditioning is not working even though its October, is very hot in the room .

The location is convenient, easy to access many places, and the breakfast is very good.

New hotel in the Tronchetto area of main Venice. It's very close to the water bus stop and there's also a bus stop that goes to the main bus terminal a few times a day which is also close. Although the hotel is very new, the hotel rooms feel like they could have a bit more decorating inside as they feel a bit lacking in decorations

The hotel is brand new, the reception area isn't finished yet, and there's a strong smell of paint inside. I recommend waiting a few months before choosing this hotel.

Everything was great. Clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The area is a bit rough because it's still under construction, but it will be nice. Transportation is also close by. I recommend it.
