The hotel is situated by the waterfront, offering beautiful views. Being a new establishment, the facilities are excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean, though one pillow did have a slight odor. The service was warm and exceptionally attentive. The food at the downstairs restaurant was almost Michelin-star quality and truly delicious. It's also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the central square, and you can catch a boat right outside the hotel.

The location is superb, making it ideal for anyone attending the Biennale. The staff provided excellent service. I arrived at 11:00 AM, and although the room wasn't ready yet, I was able to store my luggage. A friendly gentleman at the front desk even filled my water bottle with sparkling water, and an older manager pulled out a paper map of Venice to personally show me the must-see attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, and right outside the door was the open sea. In the morning, after breakfast, I could step right out and enjoy a peaceful, private stretch of the sea.

Excellent location, offering great convenience for getting around. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety, and the dining environment was elegant and comfortable.

**Facilities:** The hotel boasts brand-new facilities that are exceptionally well-maintained. **Cleanliness:** I tend to be quite particular about hotel cleanliness, and I must say, this hotel truly excels in that regard – they really exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** While warm, watery environments can often mean mosquitoes, the hotel's pest control was absolutely superb. An added bonus is the direct boat access to the hotel. **Service:** The hotel staff were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and handled everything efficiently.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out with upgrade & free breakfast that Ms. Anna ensured to make it really enjoyable. The hotel located in quite area with short walk to the centre.

The location is a bit far, hotel is fabulous and clean staff are very kind. The variety of food is limited. The upgraded our room to the next level which is very nice.

A late noisy party in the inside garden destroyed a potential quiet evening, miss a desk, even little in the bedroom.

This is a very high-end hotel in Venice, with modern rooms (though a few inconveniences, such as not being able to hand-wash underwear). The service is excellent, but the price is high. According to the Ctrip room description, I booked an executive suite (2 adults, 2 children) for two nights. It had a king bed and two single beds, and I double-checked that there was no sofa bed or extra bed. The cost was around 16,000 for two nights. Upon check-in, the lobby was incredibly welcoming, offering a welcome drink. However, they explained that since I had only entered two adults in my booking, they assumed I was booking one child. Since there were two children, they would charge for an extra bed. I immediately thought this logic was flawed. If they had already prepared two beds, why did they assume there was only one child? If they knew there were four people, why would they charge for an extra bed? The front desk staff said it might have been a misunderstanding. I immediately checked with Ctrip, and they said there was no charge. However, upon entering the room, as shown in the picture, it was a repurposed sofa in the living room with a mattress and a spring bed, completely inconsistent with the Ctrip booking description and my repeated confirmation. Ctrip helped to mediate, saying that this was the only option, and that as long as the child could sleep, they wouldn't make a fuss. Upon check-out, in addition to the city entrance fee, they printed out a receipt stating employee benefits, nearly 100 euros, supposedly a service charge. Since I had a ferry to catch, I paid it, but then took the receipt to Ctrip, as it was an additional expense. After confirming it was a tip, the hotel explained that we had no objection. This is interesting; if it were a tip, the guest should have specified the amount (I'd probably accept 300 euros, right?), rather than simply printing out a figure for payment. Ctrip then arranged to refund the amount in a few days. These small details highlight the hotel's treatment of tourists, or perhaps Ctrip's tactics against Chinese tourists. Everyone should be aware of this. The hotel is still good; after all, at 8,000 euros a night, it's certainly worth it.

We stayed at the third Patricia Urquiola hotel on this trip, Ca‘di Dio, which was renovated from an old mansion on the Adriatic Sea that can be traced back to the 13th century. Most of Urquiola’s space works in recent years emphasize the use of colors. The visual effect is good, but the space experience is a bit thin, a bit like a quick sketch. The space I like most among the three hotels I stayed in this time is the lobby of her Casa Brera hotel, and I still think that the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona more than ten years ago is the ceiling of her hotel works.

The location is very good. The pier is right in front of the hotel! It's very close to everything on foot. The staff at the front desk of the hotel are very nice, the decoration of the room is also very beautiful, very warm, and the sound insulation is also very good.

The service is average. We were given a room with a wall when we changed rooms. The old man at the front desk was very rigid. He didn't give us a good room even if there was one. He kept it empty for the night. We paid more but he didn't give us a good room. Sometimes I really don't understand Europeans. Why do they rarely upgrade rooms for guests?

The lamps are beautiful, it's quiet, you can walk to Piazza San Marco, it's clean and tidy, the room is big, there is a separate living room, the shower is a little small, there is a Filipino-Italian receptionist, he is very enthusiastic to provide assistance, the bed is big, my wife slept very well, the room is newly decorated, it is a great five-star standard, free delicious Italian candy and tea bags are provided, please try it.

Overall it's very good, a ten-minute walk to San Marco, close to the river, and a taxi boat can go directly to the door
