"The location for this place is perfect, if needing to be near the airport. It’s clean, comfortable and caters for budget travellers right through to family rooms. It could do with an upgrade with a few things but I guess that is exactly what is expected for a budget friendly airport located hotel."

"The hotel was clean and the pool right in front of our room was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was lavish, with local foods and classics like scrambled eggs and sausages. We arrived in Nadi at 4:30 AM local time and took a bus to the hotel, arriving around 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM. Although check-in was listed as 2:00 PM, the front desk staff told us we could check in already, so we were able to enter the hotel even though it was early in the morning. The service was excellent. Amenities like toothbrushes and moisturizing creams were not provided. The location is in Lautoka, away from the tourist areas, but there were no other negative aspects. The view from the hotel and everything else was excellent."

"The location is super good. The sunset and night view are beautiful. Have a drink at night, suitable for taking pictures. Prices are reasonable. The facilities are a bit old. The Fujian Boss Hotel next door will open soon, and the facilities may be updated. Cost-effective, value for money. However, it is not suitable for guests with hardware requirements. The facilities are not as good as domestic city convenience hotels"

"Great stay at Nalagi, special thanks for the breakfast staff for such a pleasant experience. Room was very comfortable and spacious, and bathroom was very good, hot water shower was extremely good and functional. And the rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous, great sunset and airport views. Great for families! About 5 mins walk to Nadi Plaza and $10 taxi ride to Nadi downtown. Overall, an excellent stay if you’re looking for something different to a resort. We enjoyed it because we were able to do some day trips and had plenty of choice for lunch and dinner:"

"Next door people had very loud music,despite complaints made at reception, nothing good came about,w we were disturbed till 2am...we had to catch early morning flight, my 3yr old was very uncomfortable, and this led to our disappointment"

"Hotel is conveniently located on the beach. The room was nice, simple and clean. In particular, the customer service at this hotel was incredible. The ladies at reception were so helpful with how to get around Nadi using the bus system and also at making sure tourists like myself were not being scammed by taxis. All the staff were lovely and had such beautiful smiles every day."

"We had a lovely stay at Mercure Nadi with our whole family and few friends! 💛 The service was great — the staff, especially the receptionists, housekeeping, waiters and waitresses, were warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel also offers good facilities, and while it may not have the full amenities of a five-star resort, the people and atmosphere definitely made up for it. My only complaint would be the bed — I wish it were softer, as I didn’t get the best sleep over the past few days. 😅 Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool because of a packed schedule, but it looked really inviting! Overall, a pleasant experience in Fiji. Vinaka! 🌺"

"I was transiting through and had to stay the night . The hotels okay. Room is very clean. But room does not include water . Large water bottle costed me 15 Fijian dollars which is expensive. Location is great. It’s next to jet point shopping center which has many food options. And is in between nadi town and airport. Good for a short stay, wouldn’t recommend for a holiday.."

Make sure your employees are well-trained and know how to handle any situation that may arise. They need to go out of their way to help visitors where they can, from personally booking tickets to scheduling itineraries for their stay. If any stressful events occur, they must know how to remain calm and deal with it swiftly. "Good location, very clean, lovely staff. Reasonable breakfast. Close to airport Pool is more a pool to dip into, not swim. It's very small. The beach is not good for swimming. Hideous how muchplastic and rubbish is on the beach. We picked up tons of rubbish every walk. There are plentyy bins around - nailed to palm trees, so it is pure laziness. This isn't the hotel's fault of course, but the area would be far more attractive if there was an effort by people to bin their rubbish."
