There is a car to pick up and drop off at the airport. The room is clean and tidy. There is no kettle or tea and coffee. There is drinking water next to the elevator. It is probably because they consider that the guests staying in the hotel are catching a flight and have no time to make it. I agreed to have a car to take me to the airport at 6:20 in the morning. I came out at 6:10 and saw a taxi waiting. The driver ignored me. At 6:21, I went back to the front desk to ask. After a lot of operations, the front desk told me that the driver had arrived long ago. I went back to ask about the car. The driver asked me which room I was from. It turned out that I had to find the driver to tell him the room number. Then why didn't they remind me when I checked in and checked out? The people on duty at the front desk looked like children and lacked experience.

Good hotel, big plus - transfer from and to the airport, the road takes about 8 minutes by car. The hotel is clean, the staff is nice, a great option.
