In the middle of Wutian Street, lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel. You get complimentary fruits at the beginning of your stay, we even got a tea pack as a present when we left. They called us, because we had forgotten something in the hotel room (it was only shampoos). Price-quality-value 10/10

Clean room, friendly staff, and great location. I’d stay again!

The hotel staff was very helpful. When the toilet was not working they replaced it in about half of an hour. Impressive!

Facilities: Except for the lobby which feels a bit decent, the room is obviously an ordinary budget hotel. The room door is very low-end, and there is a mirror directly facing the bed. The toiletries inside are very poor. The shower head was broken. Service: The service was pretty good. Transportation: There are scenic spots nearby. Breakfast: Obviously too simple, it feels like a home-made breakfast, and the breakfast is not good enough. The breakfast is on the first floor, which is only about 40 square meters, with 7 or 8 small tables. Although it is called a buffet, there are only 8 or 9 dishes. The underground parking lot is extremely dirty, full of garbage thrown by others. Well, I originally wanted to change to another one, but I was afraid of the hassle so I just made do with it for one night. The housing price is relatively expensive. I won’t choose this restaurant next time I go to Wenzhou.

The room was average. I arranged a room facing the street. It was quite lively and the curtains were not opened during the day. In the early morning, there were people passing by and talking loudly, which affected their rest. In fact, the water temperature was adjusted throughout the several baths, but the water temperature was never stabilized. I either burned to death or froze to death. Really speechless. As soon as you turn on the TV, you need a membership to watch everything, not even ordinary live TV. The so-called intelligent voice robot in the room can only open and close the curtains, and cannot even control the lights. Facility summary: It’s flashy, but at least the basic functions should be done first. The front desk didn't provide tea when I left, so I didn't mind it at first. I just read it in the reviews and wondered if it was the hotel's choice of dishes.

It was very noisy. The room was not soundproofed at all. I didn't leave when it was time to check out. I said I could just pay for the extra time. The front desk phone kept making noises. Do I need your money? I even asked the aunt to knock on the door and charge for 2 hours. I'm 158, so I don't know how you calculated it, and I didn't ask. There was something wrong with both of the chairs in the room. They would sway around when you sat on them. I have stayed in so many hotels, and it was really unlucky to stay in a hotel like this at this price!

The manager yelled at the employee in front of us. When I got up for breakfast, my girlfriend and I went over to have a quick bite and then left. However, the manager standing next to me started yelling at the employees so hard that my ears were shattered. My girlfriend was also frightened. This was really the first time we encountered this situation. . Very bad review. After scolding for several minutes, all the guests except us were shocked. The room facilities and environment are okay, but it doesn't feel important.

在老街裏面 一般打車到老街東門 進去之後右轉走15-20米就到了。 光看外面看不出來是個酒店。 早餐很好吃，酒店早上炒菜的幾個早餐非常好吃。我老父母都很喜歡。 底樓有洗衣機和烘乾機，都是衹有一台，所以遇到洗衣人多的情況下會不夠用。如果有條件建議增加一台洗衣機和烘乾機。 離温州老城區其實有點遠，但是本身就在新的商業街裏面，所以出來吃飯逛街也很方便。 設施都很新式，用起來很方便。 還是性價比很高的一個酒店。 外賓入住過程也很方便。

房間寬敞乾淨，正對大榕樹。早餐廳雖小卻滋味不錯。正處景區中心區，屬實不錯。順便説一句，茶不錯，準備問問價格，合適時回購呢。

就在梧田老街裏面，前台服務很好，這幾天降温了還有雪梨水喝，暖暖的，智能馬桶，房間也很乾凈，確實不錯。
