"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable."

"The hotel needs to swipe the card to get in and out at night, it's very safe, but there is no air conditioning in this room, it's very hot The front desk of the hotel is very good. I changed to a smaller but air-conditioned room at the back, which is still very good"

"Great location, bus stop right outside for quick and efficient buses to and from airport. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Nice bar for a few drinks and food and also a great gym. Would definitely stay again."

"I had booked a king-sized room for 9 nights. Surprisingly, there was another extra single bed so I could use the room space to sort out my clothes without messes. 😁 Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day. It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there. Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again! "The room was very clean, and it was the perfect choice for a layover as we had a flight the next day. A bus stop conveniently located right outside takes you directly to Terminal 5, with buses departing once an hour. We caught the 11:38 AM bus. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet."
