It is a very old hotel. the room has hair and lots of stains on it. The gym opens to public and closes at 10 pm. The breakfast has less options compare with other 5 star hotels in China. The customer service is fine

It’s right outside the Guanggu station of Line 2 which goes straight to the airport. Also, there are many shops nearby and places to eat and drink.

Located opposite the Optics Valley shopping district within walking distance and near East Lake, it is within reach of many places of interest. Staff are professional and friendly, but lack attention to details. There are plenty of facilities like swimming pool and gym but only accessible to members who own a yearly membership. These facilities are outsourced to third-party contractor. It doesn't make sense for travelers who stay for a few days to buy a year membership just to utilize the facilities.
