Wonderful hotel set beside a lakeside. Large room with luxury bathroom equipped with shower and separate bath. Room is also fitted out with quality bedding and furnishings to ensure a great night's sleep.

The services were exceptional, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to enjoy a truly relaxing weekend.

We love the Crowne Plaza and always try to book ourselves there when we’re on vacation. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. They are near the mall so there are a lot of restaurants nearby to try. I love taking walks by the lake. Beautiful!

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Wuxi Sunac for two nights and had a great experience! I booked through Ctrip and felt the caring service of the hotel housekeeper Daisy before I checked in. She was warm and thoughtful, responsive and professional. The hotel environment is pleasant, very close to the park, and the room is comfortable. Next time I come to Wuxi, I will choose this place again.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The same ski + hotel package is only one-third of the price of a Mediterranean hotel in Taicang. The surrounding catering facilities are mature, the hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, and breakfast provides Xiaolongbao, which is closer to Nanxiang Xiaolongbao and tastes better than Wuxi Xiaolongbao outside.
