Everything else was pretty good, and we enjoyed the spacious room. However, there was no main overhead light above the bed, and the bedside lamps weren't bright enough. Most of the time, we couldn't see anything on the bed and had to fumble around in the dark or use a flashlight. I particularly want to comment on the male staff member who was preparing late-night snacks on the evening of May 24th. He clearly struggled to understand my requests. The first time, I asked for a bowl of Sanxian Wontons, but he didn't make them, perhaps not hearing me, which was already a bit frustrating. When I went to pick up my order, I told him I no longer wanted the wontons and instead wanted a bowl of Sanxian Noodles. First, he asked if I still wanted the wontons. After I clearly said no, he then asked if I wanted noodles, and if they should be spicy. Seriously? I had just clearly said 'Sanxian Noodles'. How hard is that to comprehend? In contrast, the young lady who prepared late-night snacks on the evening of May 23rd understood my needs very quickly. She deserves a lot of praise!

The hotel is in a good location on the coffee street, with convenient transportation on Keji Road Line 3 and Line 6. The room facilities are quite new, the room is clean and tidy with free drinks, the mattress is very soft and is said to be a latex mattress. The bathroom shower hot water comes quickly and is large. The service in all aspects is very good and attentive, with a good service attitude. I will choose this Huan Ge next time I stay
