Spa hotels in Xi'an

Highly recommend! It's been a long time since I've given a hotel such a positive review. First, let's talk about the location: Longshouyuan subway station is right downstairs, and it's just three stops to Gulou. Right around the corner when you exit the hotel, there's a food street with all kinds of eateries, including Sanbao BBQ and Lao Jiao Smoked Meat Pancakes. Wei Jia, a chain restaurant, is also across the street. As for Novotel's quality, it goes without saying—it's excellent. What's truly outstanding is the laundry room on the 26th floor. There's staff there who help with washing and drying, and even deliver your laundry right to your door. This really took a lot of stress off our shoulders, especially traveling with kids in this hot weather.

I have to give this hotel a perfect score! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Ugh... I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I was looking for a hotel near home to relax, and well... besides the friendly lady in the lobby on the first floor, I saw no other service. Nine out of ten negative reviews for this hotel are about service issues... I woke up past 1 AM, and the mini-bar only had two bottles of iced water. I can't drink cold water right now, so I first tried calling the hotel's landline, but it didn't connect. Then I used my own phone. I called for 56 seconds with no answer... I called again and someone finally picked up. I asked for two bottles of water and a set of toiletries, as I'd broken my comb. She said, 'Okay, I'll send them right up,' so I waited and waited. I waited until 6 AM when I went downstairs for breakfast, and I asked, 'Where's my water? If you couldn't send it, couldn't you have told me? I could have ordered takeout myself, is that so hard?' It was past 7 AM. I called again, and my mineral water finally arrived, but the cleaning lady, I don't know if she had trouble understanding or if I had trouble explaining, brought two bottles of water. I asked for a *set* of toiletries, and for such a big hotel, a 'set' of toiletries was just two toothbrushes...? Seriously? Am I asking too much, or is my communication skills really that bad? Also, at 1 AM, I ordered fried rice noodles with a note for extra spicy and strong flavor, and it arrived tasting like it came straight from the freezer... Honestly, I think if you can't do something or deliver it, you should tell me beforehand. I could order takeout myself! I waited six hours for two bottles of water and fell asleep, and a 'set' of toiletries was just toothbrushes... sigh. If you're looking for a hotel for photos, maybe consider it, but if you're looking for service, I'd suggest skipping it. I'll be sending an email later too, hoping they improve. I won't forget waiting six hours for two bottles of mineral water, lol...

My stay at Grand Hyatt Xi'an was absolutely fantastic, and a special shout-out to Vivian at the front desk! She made the check-in process incredibly efficient and thorough, patiently explaining all the hotel's amenities. Knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively and thoughtfully arranged complimentary airport transfer, saving me the hassle of booking a car myself. After check-in, she even presented me with a special 'energy pack' filled with authentic local snacks from Shaanxi – a truly heartwarming and generous gesture. Her communication throughout was gentle and attentive, demonstrating full professionalism. With such amazing front desk service, I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here and ask for Vivian!

My first trip to Wuhan, and staying at The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan, truly exceeded my expectations – I'm incredibly impressed! Stepping out of the elevator, a subtle, woody fragrance enveloped me, creating a relaxed and soothing ambiance. During check-in, the staff member Jessie escorted us to our room, providing a tour. She was consistently gentle, meticulous, patient, and thorough in her explanations, making for an excellent service experience. We booked a room with executive lounge access, and the room offered expansive, open views. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the Executive Lounge. It truly lives up to its reputation as arguably the largest executive lounge in Asia; the views are superb, and the overall offerings are completely worth the value. The food selection was rich and diverse; compared to executive lounges in hotels of similar caliber, the quality and variety were genuinely impressive, and the desserts were particularly stunning. The hotel's Executive Lounge offers five food presentations throughout the day, and we experienced all but afternoon tea. The evening dining atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. After 8:30 PM, during the dessert and drinks session, we could even order custom-made cocktails. My friends and I enjoyed drinks, chatted, and played games until closing time, spending two very relaxing and enjoyable days.

Highly recommended high-end hotel with excellent value for money. The decor is very new, and the rooms have high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, making them overall comfortable and tidy. The breakfast is abundant, and the restaurant is quiet and spacious. The service is enthusiastic, and parking is quite convenient with plenty of underground spaces. Nearby, there are malls, coffee shops, and convenience stores that cater to dining and shopping needs. There's also a fantastic dessert shop right outside the hotel that I highly recommend. I mainly stayed here for a self-driving trip, as it's convenient for daily excursions out of the city, with a 10-minute drive to the highway, saving a lot of travel time. The hotel is great overall, but I forgot to take photos of the room.

The hotel room was very clean, and the facilities were decent. It was on a high floor, but the downside was the limited number of power outlets (though USB charging ports were available). The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The hotel's location is quite convenient, not far from the main attractions. Xi'an Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda are just a 10-15 minute walk away, and taxis are easily accessible. Overall, it's a very good choice.

The swimming pool environment is excellent, with proper lanes, and there's also a sauna area, which is fantastic! The room is quite spacious, and the layout is very reasonable, making for a comfortable stay. ## Service: The service is good, and there were interactive activities during the summer which the children loved. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. ## Highlights: I must commend the hotel restaurant; it offers many Xi'an local specialties. The Biangbiang noodles (youpo mian) are especially delicious 😋, freshly made right before your eyes! There are also Roujiamo, Spicy Soup (Hulatang), Saomian, and more. If you stay at this hotel, you absolutely *must* try the breakfast! ✌

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

Although the room facilities are a bit dated, they are incredibly well-maintained and fully equipped. The hotel is very close to the Bell Tower, making it super convenient for getting around. The breakfast spread was also excellent, featuring many local Xi'an snacks. Overall, it offers great value for money.
