The hotel provided children's slippers and toiletries when we checked in with our children. The children were very happy staying here. The room has a good view and is clean without dead corners. Parents are very relieved. The bedding is very comfortable and the sound insulation is good. Welcome fruits and small gifts are prepared attentively. The details are very well done. Jiale, the front desk service, is professional and recommends nearby delicacies. It is super heartwarming! Recommended

The bedding was spotlessly white, free of any hair or stains. Pillows and duvets were fluffy and fresh, with absolutely no musty odor, clearly indicating a thorough cleaning. The bathroom was pristine: the toilet was odor-free, and I could detect a faint, reassuring scent of disinfectant – truly befitting a brand hotel. The shower tile grout showed no signs of yellowing, and the fixtures gleamed as if brand new, making it hard to believe the hotel has been open for years. Towels were neatly folded and soft. At breakfast, staff were continuously clearing food debris from the counters. Cutlery was warm to the touch from high-temperature sterilization, and glasses in the beverage area were free of fingerprints and water marks. The attention to detail was flawless. The carpets were immaculate, free of any crumbs or stains. The remote control was clean, AC vents had no dust buildup, and even the light switch panels were sparkling. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone; a high standard of cleanliness truly allows for a worry-free and comfortable stay.

This time I was completely attracted by Yan Zi, the front desk lady at the hotel! From the moment I entered the hotel, she greeted me with a warm and professional attitude, patiently answered all kinds of questions about room types and breakfast time, and also recommended nearby attractions worth checking in. The service was meticulous. When I checked out, I urgently needed to issue an invoice. I was worried that it would delay my trip, but I didn't expect Yan Zi to have superb business ability, skilled and quick operation. In less than 5 minutes, she issued the invoice and handed it to me, and took the initiative to remind me to check whether the invoice information was correct. During the process, she always kept a warm smile and whispered to ask if there were any other needs. This serious and responsible work attitude made people feel at ease. The whole stay experience became particularly comfortable and pleasant because of Yan Zi's service. She used practical actions to interpret the standard of high-quality service, which made me feel full of sincerity and care. I strongly recommend this hotel, and I have to call Yan Zi's efficient service!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the Xi'an Ancient City Wall and just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. There are also several shopping malls nearby (though I didn't get a chance to explore them). The facilities are very modern and new, though the elevators were notably slow. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally warm and helpful. I initially requested an inner room for peace and quiet, but on the last night, the front desk kindly helped me switch to a room facing the Ancient City Wall. Hotel staff even assisted with moving my luggage to the new room. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

It is quiet in the bustle, bustling when you go out, and quiet when you enter, especially if you are driving your own car from out of town and come to the hotel (the nearest distance from the Xingyuan South Toll Station to the hotel is only 4.6 kilometers) Enjoy your trip without any traffic jams! Everyone understands, friends! Hygiene: The staff are serious and responsible. After all, the hotel management level is quite high as it just opened this year. There is no need to worry about hygiene😓 Environment: The environment is good. You can take a look at the real pictures of the relevant hotels. Service: There are robots for food delivery, hotel exclusive parking spaces, conference rooms, gyms, and laundry facilities! In particular, the hotel's sound insulation effect is very good, and electric curtains are standard! I also booked the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Chanba through (Ctrip.com). I felt it was safe, clean, hygienic, and the service was good, so I extended my stay for a few more days! Something as good as Ctrip needs to be shared! With a simple voice command, 'Hampton, Hampton,' I could effortlessly control the lights, curtains, and AC, even adjusting the temperature without getting out of bed – the smart features were truly impressive. The room was clean, bright, and spacious. The mattress had the perfect firmness, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The toiletries were all-natural Peter Thomas Roth, with a refreshing scent that felt wonderfully comfortable to use. The seamless integration of smart technology and comfortable amenities made for an exceptionally pleasant stay. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and thoughtfully upgraded my room, which boasted an even better view and superior facilities. Breakfast was another major highlight, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western options. The DIY waffles filled the air with a tempting aroma, and the local specialty Roujiamo was simply unforgettable. The hotel also features a well-equipped laundry room and gym, both convenient to use, helping me stay fresh and active throughout my trip. Overall, it was a truly perfect stay – smart, comfortable, and thoughtful. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time! 🌹

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's just a short walk to the Tang Dynasty City Pedestrian Street. The service is great, and we were given a free room upgrade upon check-in. The amenities are replaced every day, the front desk service is serious, and we also gave local refrigerator magnets when we checked out. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.
