Facilities: The facilities are incredibly comprehensive and well-maintained. There are two swimming pools, plus numerous small hot spring soaking pools, which were a real treat!♨️ Staff: The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming; every single person proactively greeted us and made us feel valued. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was truly impeccable. Even I, with my very high standards, was thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied. Ambiance: The environment is serene, secluded, and offers excellent privacy. Our private hot spring room was fantastic, featuring both a dry sauna and a wet steam sauna – a truly nice touch!🧖‍♀️ There were also both indoor and outdoor showers. The outdoor private hot spring pool was absolutely phenomenal! Service: Our butler provided incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive service. Any questions or needs regarding our children's water activities during our stay were handled promptly and efficiently. We also received complimentary coffee and welcome fruits, which was a lovely gesture. Their hospitality was truly outstanding; for instance, when we went out to watch the "Song of Everlasting Sorrow" performance, they even helped us dispose of our takeout trash! Every single detail was meticulously taken care of, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely be returning! We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place for family trips.

Thoroughly enjoyed my fourth stay at the Angsana, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The room, breakfast, dinner and hot springs were great. A big shout out to the butler, Lin, who was highly attentive and ensured I had a comfortable time. She ordered a big plate of fresh fruit and presented me with three cultural gift, great customer service and much appreciated! Lovely stay, will return soon!

This hotel is ideal if you're driving, as it's a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station. Its proximity to the Terracotta Army and Huaqing Palace is a huge plus; you can easily visit the Terracotta Warriors first thing in the morning and then catch the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show in the evening. The hotel itself is massive, so be prepared for a bit of a trek from the lobby to your room each day. Service was excellent and very responsive; they were happy to assist with any request. They even thoughtfully placed a sunshade on our car. Since it was a rental, we didn't get to experience their car wash service. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a very soft mattress, making it easy to fall asleep quickly. My only real gripe would be the breakfast selection, which was quite limited. For instance, the bread station had jam but no butter, and there was no cheese at the cold cuts section. Even though breakfast started at 7 AM, some dishes weren't fully available until past 7:30 AM. This felt a bit below the usual Banyan Tree Group standards.

Major flaws: This room doesn't seem like it was originally designed as a guest room. The bed is enclosed on both sides, forcing guests to climb in and out! The air conditioning was excessively loud. The screen door was stuck and couldn't be opened or closed properly. The furniture arrangement in the living room was strange. Crucially, this room was incredibly far from the lobby, located in the basement, right next to the hot springs. At night, all sorts of noises from the hot springs, including their broadcasts, were clearly audible. It made me wonder if this 'suite' was merely a converted private hot spring room. The staff providing room and breakfast service were exceedingly unprofessional. Whether they came to the room to explain facilities or deliver water, they spoke so quickly, clearly just rushing through their tasks. Breakfast was another story; even after service began, staple items like tofu pudding hadn't been brought out. When a tour group arrived on the second day, the service descended into complete disarray. The front desk was slow to answer calls and couldn't provide clear explanations. We checked into our room after 5 PM, and the complimentary fruit that should have been there was missing. All these issues combined led to extreme disappointment. While the butler did show some service awareness and experience, trying their best to compensate, the overall experience was still miles away from what one expects from an Angsana property. The price paid was simply not justified.

The hot springs are definitely worth recommending. Although the hotel is showing its age a bit, the service is excellent. Soaking in the hot springs before bed is truly revitalizing. All the outdoor springs, big and small, are very comfortable, and they even bring plum juice to quench your thirst. The swimming pool water is also very pleasant. For kids on a Xi'an trip, I imagine a day of relaxation like this after visiting Huaqing Pool would make them incredibly happy. There's an outlet mall right outside for shopping, and the subway station is directly opposite the hotel. It's super convenient to get here from Xi'an by subway. Just a tip: once you enter the main gate, ask the security guard to call a shuttle, otherwise, it's quite a long walk to the lobby! A special shout-out to the lovely lady doing nails by the swimming pool. She's incredibly patient; one of my nails had chipped when I went, and she kindly fixed it for me. While waiting, I also overheard her being exceptionally kind to other guests. She's truly kind-hearted and beautiful!

The hotel's gaming room is excellent, equipped with a Nintendo Switch console. The butler service was superb; the staff were always smiling, thoughtful, polite, and responded very promptly. We had a really great stay here. Additionally, the hotel offers a wide variety of activities, making it ideal for families with children.

The hotel offers fantastic views, conveniently located right next to Mount Li and Huaqing Hot Springs. During the summer holidays, there are plenty of family-friendly activities, and they've also just opened an insectarium, which is a great attraction to explore. My children absolutely loved it! The hotel butler's service was incredibly thoughtful and always delivered with a warm smile, making our stay truly enjoyable. This place is perfect for a summer weekend getaway to cool off and relax.

At Angsana Hotel, the service was truly the highlight and exceptionally good. The pool was decent, and the staff were very attentive and responsible. However, some areas had exposed rocks, which posed a safety hazard; my child unfortunately scraped their ankle on one. The room design was excellent, featuring a large, comfortable bathtub. The only downsides were that some facilities definitely needed maintenance, such as a broken showerhead, and the absence of disposable nail clippers and bathtub liners. The balcony offered no view to speak of. The complimentary carousel ride and VR experience felt quite underwhelming. On a positive note, the self-service drinks at the front desk were delicious, and the snack box received upon check-in was tasty. Overall, I recommend staying one night in Lintong, as it allows you to visit the Terracotta Army at 5 PM, thus avoiding the peak crowds.

I liked the fresh air I felt in the forest. You can use an electric cart if you ask the staff on your way to and from Wangfujing Outlet. When the weather gets cool, I will definitely bring my swimsuit and revisit. The ceramic dispenser in the bathroom is cute.
