This charming courtyard-style hotel is located near the People's Building and offers a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, proactively helping us with our luggage and even upgrading our room. Breakfast offered a generous selection and was absolutely delicious. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the subway station; Wulukou Station is just a 5-minute walk away.

The service was excellent. I received a complimentary room upgrade, and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. The lady at the front desk noticed I was traveling with a child and proactively asked if we needed an extra bed, also providing complimentary toiletries. Staff were also very helpful with luggage. Their thoughtfulness truly stood out. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, as it offers superb value for money.

This is a famous hotel in Xi'an, historically known for catering to international guests. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The beautiful surroundings, with their lush greenery, made for a pleasant stroll with our child. The service staff are highly attentive and professional. A special shout-out to the duty manager on Friday; she was absolutely amazing. She not only resolved our problem and eased our worries but also upgraded us to a suite. Her patience with guests was remarkable. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

We were only here for a night and had the best experience. Unfortunately my son had a bad reaction to something he ate and was sick, the staff were prompt and efficient in cleaning the room at short notice. We made use of the facilities including the restaurant which had a great variety.
Overall a lovely place to stay and conveniently located for our purpose.

Luxurious hotel. Very good spacious and well appointed room with and excellent facilities: attractive swimming pool and gym, good business lounge, attractive foyer area, well located within Xi’an. Helpful staff and sweet delivery robot.
