Classic 5 star hotel with long history sitting next to the metro station makes Golden Flower hotel a great option to stay in Xi’an city. The staff (Mr. Liu and Ms. Yang) are friendly and helpful. Overall good experience to stay with my family and will definitely consider to stay again in the future.

Wonderful hotel clean and cozy great location easy access to subway station and bus station staff are friendly and helpful, Lian Ge and Xiao Shi are very helpful and professional I would highly recommend this hotel

Very comfortable stay in the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and better than most 4 star hotel in North America. My only complaint is air conditioning. The hotel did not turn on air conditioning in March. The room is quite hot in the daytime but ok in the evening.

Friendly staff, convenient location, multiple restaurants, cleanliness in general.
In-room tv not working properly needs replacing.
No mini bar in room, fridge is old needs replacing.
Hotel pool was locked not in use appears needing maintenance.
Stay was pleasant in general.
