This is truly a terrible hotel... one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at... This is supposed to be a RAMADA HOTEL 4* but let me tell you this is nothing but a low 3* hotel... staff are unhelpful, not understanding and are ready and waiting to charge you for everything from poor room choices to not giving enough information about things included in our package. THEY EVEN BROKE MY SUITCASE AND DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER!!!! NOTHING!!! THIS IS THE KIND OF HOTEL THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! How they are a 4* is a joke!!! NO ONE SHOULD BOOK THIS PLACE OR STAY HERE EVER!!!!

We brought you hot tea, helped you deliver your luggage to your room, and took your luggage to the front desk when checking out. These services are not considered service for you, and we do not have to do them. Moreover, you did not give us any tips. You booked a special offer windowless king size bed, but when checking in, you said that you were three people and requested an extra bed for the room. Since this room cannot accommodate an extra bed, we upgraded you to a larger twin room for free. The room area is 30 square meters, hoping to make your stay more comfortable. However, you still feel that the room area is small, so the front desk manager upgraded you to a parent-child room again. The price of the parent-child room is 650 RMB, and the windowless king size bed you stayed in is less than 200 RMB, so we charged you 250 RMB for the price difference per night. You asked us why we need to charge again. For example, if you want to take business class for economy class on a plane, the staff will ask. Do you take business class?And your reserved room does not include breakfast. You requested us to give you breakfast as a gift, and we offered you a day's breakfast as a friendly service. The problem with your luggage was not caused by us, and you accompanied us throughout the entire process when we helped you carry it. We hope you can be more kind and respect the labor of others. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Momo meng was very helpful when I lost my passport and helped me locate the taxi driver where I left it. The staff are very kind and polite and will help you with anything you need I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel staff had been very helpful and responsive to our needs. For instance, they helped to arrange for our airport transfer which turned out to be value for money. Special thanks to staff Xiao Liu and Pang Wenping for their prompt service in helping us weigh our luggage and taking photos of us. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is walking distance to the Muslim quarters where countless eateries lined the bustling streets and the magnificent Bell Tower. Will definitely stay in this hotel the next time we visit Xi’an.

My first time in Xi'an. The hotel was great value. The staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient. The room was a nice size with a good size TV. Toiletries were good quality. Housekeeping efficient. Excellent cleanliness. Good storage. Breakfast was amazing and the staff and chefs should be commended on the huge choice of foods available and the professionalism and friendly demeanour of the staff. The position of the hotel is very good for access to all of the local and national attractions. Thank you to all that made our stay at Ramada Xi'an so happy and memorable.

The hotel is located in a busy strech about 400m from Zhonglou Metro Exit A. There are plenty of shops and eateries conveniently close by. The room was spacious, neat and clean. The toilet is very modern and utterly impractical. Something to marvel at when you’re on the throne 🙂

Of all the hotels I stayed at during my Hexi Corridor trip, this one offered the absolute best service, bar none. Its location near the Bell Tower is also incredibly convenient, putting all major Xi'an attractions within easy reach. On my last day, I was really cutting it close for my high-speed train departure, and the front desk staff went above and beyond, thoughtfully helping me retrieve my forgotten belongings. This level of attention to detail and service truly deserves high praise. The hotel's buffet breakfast was standard for a four-star establishment, offering a comprehensive selection, and is definitely worth indulging in. On a side note: Before checking out, we ordered a three-person set meal from the hotel's restaurant. Not only was the 'Hulu Chicken' delicious, but the portions were also incredibly generous. Also, if you prefer a room with a bathtub, you can specify this when speaking with the front desk.

It was a fantastic one night stay at this beautiful hotel. It is in the middle of the city so it is conveniently located around restaurants and shops. Most importantly, very near to drum and bell towers. The hotel room is spacious and it provides all the basic necessities. If we didn’t have a trip the next day , we would have gladly extended our stay in this hotel.

Good location for Muslim families as it is 5-10minutes walk to Muslim Quarters where the halal food and Mosque is. 5-10minutes walk to Metro station also, where you can have access to the rest parts of the city. Self-service laundry machines near the hotel lobby is a plus too. Cleaned promptly everyday. Good service overall.

The hotel is well placed. The staff are very polite. Especially Betty at the reception was very warm and friendly, she welcomed us with a smile and took care of our needs. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Location is great, but the hotel is very old, needs renovation. For the price, you get a decent room but it’s not very clean overall. The hotel hallways smell of cigarettes. There is a washing room, which is great. Hotel fitness is ridiculous - only 3 machines. The staff at the prompt desk are polite and welcoming. Xi’an was a wonderful city to visit! 🐲⛩️🍜

Room was spacious with large bath and also direct view of bell tower. Easy access to Old City and south city wall within reach. No issues. Some English spoken at reception and staff helped me get their food delivery address sorted. Would recommend for a short stay.
