Hotels in Datang West Market/West Xi'an, Xi'an

The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to the security guard, whose WeChat name is 'He Wei Gui'. He's one of the three shifts of security guards in the parking lot, and he was incredibly diligent and responsible. He was really kind, guiding me through the entire reverse parking process. He thoughtfully arranged for me to use a private charging pile for free during an emergency, and even enthusiastically recommended a local specialty, Shuipen Rou (mutton soup), which was authentic and absolutely fantastic! The hotel also kindly upgraded our family (since we had a lot of kids) to two suites for free (each suite had two rooms and three beds). The bottled water supply was ample, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. I'm definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Xi'an. Plus, the Datang Xishi (Great Tang Western Market) next door offers a complete experience of sightseeing, entertainment, dining, and shopping!

Hygiene: When traveling with kids, I always look for a clean hotel, and Atour certainly didn't disappoint. It was truly spotless. Facilities: With two slightly older children, I've looked at many hotels, and it's rare to find a twin room with 1.5-meter beds. My kids and husband kept asking why I didn't choose Atour from the start. 😅 Environment: The hotel is right next to Datang Xishi. After dealing with the crowds and the smell of sweat at Datang Everbright City, coming to Xishi, it felt like this 4A scenic spot was almost forgotten. However, time was tight, so we only managed to visit Xishi at night, which was a bit of a shame. If I get the chance to visit Xi'an again, Atour will definitely be my first choice.

Opened in 2012, the facilities are a bit old, the bedding is very average, but there are also highlights, smart toilet, smart gauze curtain, strong Chinese style and simple atmosphere. The service is very average, the concierge is also very poor and has no service awareness. There were some problems during the check-in process, but fortunately their manager (forgot to ask the name) solved them in time. They sent welcome fruits and breakfast. Thank you, but the front desk service really needs to be improved.

This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was all smiles. Check-in was super fast, and they even provided helpful tips for nearby restaurants and transportation. Their attention to detail was spotless. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, giving me a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, complete with toiletries and a consistent water temperature. The most amazing thing was the view from the window. Opening the curtains in the morning, I could see the sunlight shining on the greenery, which instantly brightened my mood.

It is very safe to enter the elevator to brush the room card, the room layout is clean, the wifi is fast, the hot water is very comfortable, the self-service laundry is also very convenient, the hotel reception is polite and warm, the breakfast is rich, I have lived since last year, it is very convenient for me who is on a business trip all year round.

I booked a twin room with children. The bed was quite satisfactory. It was larger than most similar hotels. It was very suitable for parents and children without being crowded. The room has a large window and is not oppressive. The room is clean and the front desk service is friendly. The room is fully equipped and you can watch the projection TV while lying on the bed. Because it was my first stay, the platform provided breakfast, which tasted good and had many varieties, including cold dishes, hot dishes, steamed buns, rice cakes, fruits, milk, soy milk, black tea, and coffee. Worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is easy to find, very close to the subway, about 300 meters away. The service of the front desk lady is very thoughtful. I am very satisfied with the room arrangement. If I come next time, I will come here again

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 6. It is just outside the b2. The Natural Resources Hall is next to it. It is very convenient for business trips. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. I upgraded a newly renovated room.

I took my two children to Xi'an for the first time and stayed at the Chang'an Guanyue B&B. The suite had two king-size beds that didn't interfere with each other, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Although there's a busy elevated highway nearby, the double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows were very soundproof, so our rest wasn't interrupted. The hotel is in a great location, just a ten-minute walk from the shopping mall and subway entrance. We contacted them in advance via WeChat to remind them, and they provided two extra bath towels every day. If I couldn't find the switch late at night, they would immediately provide service. Highly recommended!
