Hotels in Beiguan/Longshou District, Xi'an

The location is incredibly convenient! Right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, you'll find the hotel. This was a lifesaver for someone like me who easily gets lost! It's quick and easy to get to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the high-speed train station. The hotel definitely has a classic, 'old-money' charm. Initially, I thought the facilities might be a bit dated, but they are actually very well-maintained. Overall, the service was truly commendable. As soon as you approach the hotel, staff are there to help with your luggage, and the front desk handled things very smoothly. What truly impressed me was the exceptional daily housekeeping. Whether we were in the room or not, they would consistently come to replace disposable amenities and towels, and tidy up. Another highlight for me was the heated swimming pool. We brought our child on this trip, and they went there every single day! Even though it was a bit chilly these past few days, the heated pool meant it didn't affect our enjoyment at all. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending. It might not be the best fit for young people seeking the latest tech gadgets or a super modern feel, but it's very suitable for family trips or business travel.

When visiting Xi'an, I chose Novotel Xi'an SCPG Daming Palace, and my stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb; it's just a short walk from Longshouyuan Metro Station, making it incredibly easy to reach all the major attractions by subway. Right downstairs is Impression City Mall, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and catching a movie – truly a one-stop solution for all your needs. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was very quick, and they even thoughtfully recommended fun places to visit nearby. The special local gift from Xi'an they gave me upon check-out was such a thoughtful touch! Next time I visit Xi'an, I'll definitely stay here again!

The service was attentive, and the area is filled with attractions. You can experience the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty imperial palace at the Daming Palace National Heritage Park, rent a bicycle and cycle around the Xi'an City Wall for a panoramic view of the city, and visit the Danfeng Gate Ruins Museum to learn about the charm of ancient architecture and its history. There's also plenty of delicious food nearby; within a short walk you can find authentic Xi'an snacks like roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo), liangpi (cold noodles), and yangroupaomo (mutton soup buns). Every bite is packed with the flavor of Xi'an!

A very satisfying stay. The hotel room was new, spacious, and very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. The surroundings were also very good, perhaps because I received a complimentary upgrade to a high-floor room, offering views of a bustling commercial area from the window. Although the gym wasn't large, it was well-equipped and open even late at night. Breakfast offered an extensive selection, including many freshly prepared dishes and local Xi'an specialty pastries. I particularly appreciated their jam, which had large fruit pieces. I hadn't realized the mini-bar drinks were chargeable and had a few cans of soda, but at check-out, the staff enthusiastically waived the fees for me. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

There are a few Ibis in Xian. I choose Ibis Daminggong due to impressive reviews and our stay was truly enjoyable. The customer service at Ibis Daminggong is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their customer’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was once we were late to pick up our washed laundry and the staff even helped us fold our clothes! Ibis Daminggong breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, such as milk, coffee, fruits, desserts, cold dish, hot dish and even ShaanXi Chinese Hamburger. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! We have stayed in Ibis China, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and this is the best Ibis we have stayed in so far! We truly enjoyed our stay in Ibis Daminggong. Will definitely stay in Ibis Daminggong if come to Xi’an again.

The hotel is impeccable in terms of environment and hygiene. It's really good. The service attitude is also very good. I am particularly satisfied with the stay experience. I like the unique design of the hotel. As soon as I entered the door, I was warmly greeted by the lobby staff. The front desk staff showed meticulous care and patiently and professionally explained the surrounding attractions and food. There are also many free items in the hotel room, such as slippers, shower caps, and toilet mats. The room is also spacious, well-lit, clean, and refreshing. The bed is also very comfortable. The room has central air conditioning, which is simply a palace-level enjoyment. So thoughtful! It's really good. Staying at Zuoyouke makes me feel at ease, which is not the case with other hotels. I will stay in such hotels often in the future.

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. In short, I was very satisfied with the entire stay, and the cost was economical, but the treatment was five-star. I really love this hotel. 11. The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location. The front desk reception service is warm and considerate. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes and provided a very satisfactory stay. I felt the warmth of home at this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel. 12.

I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.

Hotel front desk staff service is good, the hotel lobby is a luxury hotel, many multi-functional facilities have a gym, a breakfast room, a small meeting room, we came here on a business trip and felt that it was good to stay in the room, the hotel sound insulation effect is very good, the facilities are complete. Easy to eat nearby, close to the subway station.

Friendly service, clean and hygienic room, quiet and spacious room, rich breakfast, good location, complete surrounding facilities, free parking and children's entertainment area. It is the first choice for business travel. I will choose this hotel next time.
