The location is incredibly convenient! Right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, you'll find the hotel. This was a lifesaver for someone like me who easily gets lost! It's quick and easy to get to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the high-speed train station. The hotel definitely has a classic, 'old-money' charm. Initially, I thought the facilities might be a bit dated, but they are actually very well-maintained. Overall, the service was truly commendable. As soon as you approach the hotel, staff are there to help with your luggage, and the front desk handled things very smoothly. What truly impressed me was the exceptional daily housekeeping. Whether we were in the room or not, they would consistently come to replace disposable amenities and towels, and tidy up. Another highlight for me was the heated swimming pool. We brought our child on this trip, and they went there every single day! Even though it was a bit chilly these past few days, the heated pool meant it didn't affect our enjoyment at all. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending. It might not be the best fit for young people seeking the latest tech gadgets or a super modern feel, but it's very suitable for family trips or business travel.

The housekeeping staff cleans very thoroughly, and they respond quickly to any requests. ## Environment: The hotel is located directly above a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the City Wall—all just 2-3 subway stops away. The surrounding area is also a bustling commercial district with plenty of food and entertainment options. Plus, it’s very close to Daming Palace, a famous running route in Xi'an that's perfect for jogging enthusiasts to check out. ## Service: The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to solve any issues. The complimentary mini-bar is a nice touch; after drinking two sparkling waters, they were promptly refilled.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was superb. The air conditioning didn't have heating. Everything else was great. Free late check-out at 3 PM. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and had excellent service. Incredibly cheap and great value for money! 👍🏻👍🏻 I've been to Xi'an seven or eight times and was scammed out of over seven million yuan. After that, I can't bear to stay in high-end hotels again, but this affordable experience is just as good! 👍🏻👍🏻 Fantastic!

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. In short, I was very satisfied with the entire stay, and the cost was economical, but the treatment was five-star. I really love this hotel. 11. There are a few Ibis in Xian. I choose Ibis Daminggong due to impressive reviews and our stay was truly enjoyable. The customer service at Ibis Daminggong is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their customer’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was once we were late to pick up our washed laundry and the staff even helped us fold our clothes! Ibis Daminggong breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, such as milk, coffee, fruits, desserts, cold dish, hot dish and even ShaanXi Chinese Hamburger. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! We have stayed in Ibis China, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and this is the best Ibis we have stayed in so far! We truly enjoyed our stay in Ibis Daminggong. Will definitely stay in Ibis Daminggong if come to Xi’an again.

Advantages: The hotel has just opened for trial operation, and the room facilities are very new and smart. It is upgraded to a room with a view of the city wall for free. Disadvantages: 1. I forgot to put mineral water in it. 2. When I woke up, my nose was full of formaldehyde, which was a bit heavy. 3Then the landlines of Amap and Ctrip were not connected yet, and no one answered the phone. 4. The room number is not written on the room card. If the room card needs to be changed frequently, you can write the room number on a piece of paper and give it to the customer together with the room card. 5 When I got up in the morning to catch the train, the elevator was broken, so I walked down the 12th floor stairs, and the door of the first floor was still locked. So I was speechless when I came out today when it was snowing and raining. If the only The elevator is broken, there should be someone waiting on the 11th or 12th floor to help with the luggage.

The room is nice, the facilities look fairly new, the location is quite convenient, about a two-minute walk from the subway station. The lobby also serves as a coffee bar, which is a Peets brand. The coffee capsules provided in the room are also Peets. The service staff Lili is very enthusiastic. Yifei is a relatively peripheral brand under Hyatt, but the experience is still very good

Everything was great! The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff, especially the young women, were extremely kind and helpful. The location is super convenient — right above a metro station and just a few stops from the city center. Bike sharing and Didi services are also available nearby. Highly recommended!
