The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

A lady named Zhang at the front desk also patiently introduced us to the hotel facilities: breakfast time, elevator location, and gym opening hours were all explained clearly. Knowing that we are here for tourism, she also specially printed out nearby food guides and scenic spot route maps, and even marked tips for avoiding crowds. It’s really super thoughtful! If there is a problem during the trip, call the front desk, the response is very timely, and the problem is solved very efficiently. When checking out, they also took the initiative to ask about the accommodation experience and remind us to bring our belongings. This feeling of being carefully taken care of is really great~ Because of the high-quality service at the front desk and the clean hotel, the whole journey has become more comfortable. This was my first time in China, and i was absolutely impressed . I got a clean and tidy room, with modern design, toilet which i could normally use, hot water which was kinda like blessing. Even if it was not very long, i quite saw a lot of things. The location was also good i could just walk around and not be afraid of anything, which is very important for solo travelers, especially if they are girls. The staff was great, they are very kind, friendly and supportive. The front desk agent, Dany, was very pleasant and tried to help me even with my bad chinese. As such, i would like to tell you that it was one of the most outstanding experiences I had in china and that I will certainly return here one day. Thank you

The floor of the room is very clean, the sheets and pillowcases are neat, and the bath water is quite nice and hot, which allows tired people to relax well. The whole room is very warm, the room service is in place, and you can see the night view of the ring road at night, which is really good. The breakfast buffet restaurant has a wide variety of food. It has everything you want to eat. It is impressive and I will come again next time I go on a business trip. The parking lot is free and there are plenty of parking spaces.

The room was quite spacious, well-appointed with all amenities, and offered a fantastic stay. The soundproofing was also excellent. A special mention: The day before yesterday, the housekeeping staff even placed my plush toy on the pillow when they cleaned the room.
