Great and helpful staffs. The hotel is nice and extremely comfortable. The location is not too far from the Bell Tower, you can just book an e-hailing service with an average of about 12 yuan.

The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

I took my children on a summer trip to Xi'an and stayed at the Xi'an Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel. The hotel's housekeeping manager, Chu Lengyan, contacted me by phone in advance to discuss room information, upgrade me to a family room, provide breakfast for the children, recommend Xi'an attractions and local cuisine, arrange for a pick-up at the station, and provide a Xi'an souvenir upon check-in. The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of the Xi'an City Wall and the Sajinqiao Food City. The breakfast was rich and varied, with a distinct Xi'an flavor. Xi'an was experiencing the sweltering summer heat, and the Jinling Hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me every time we met and reminding me to bring plenty of water before leaving. They made our whole family feel right at home. I wish the Xi'an Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel continued success and success!

This was my first time in China, and i was absolutely impressed . I got a clean and tidy room, with modern design, toilet which i could normally use, hot water which was kinda like blessing. Even if it was not very long, i quite saw a lot of things. The location was also good i could just walk around and not be afraid of anything, which is very important for solo travelers, especially if they are girls. The staff was great, they are very kind, friendly and supportive. The front desk agent, Dany, was very pleasant and tried to help me even with my bad chinese. As such, i would like to tell you that it was one of the most outstanding experiences I had in china and that I will certainly return here one day. Thank you

The reception is very welcoming and ready to help with everything! It is very important especially for the foreigners in the unknown city, when you do not speak Chinese!!! I was very surprised to have a heater in the room when I said that I felt cold during my previous stay. I'm also grateful for the snacks and fruits that were brought to my room in the afternoon. The front desk lady is very warm, there is a coffee bar, afternoon tea, coffee bar looks very warm, the room is very large, the lighting is wrong, the bathroom is also dry and wet, the room is smart in the whole house, looking forward to the next stay

The unit was quite spacious. The private bathroom was well-appointed and exceptionally clean, as was the bedding. The staff provided excellent service. A major highlight is the must-try Sichuan restaurant conveniently located right within the building. The location is superb, being only 100 meters from Yuxiangmen Metro Station (Line 1). Overall, it's much quieter than hotels closer to the Bell Tower, yet still offers incredibly convenient transportation.

I carefully selected it online for a long time. I lived with my friends. The front desk service was very good and welcoming. The polite room was well equipped. The smart smallness was very convenient. The environment was very good. The room was cleaned and clean. When I checked out, the front desk lady also brought two bottles of water to drink on the road. Really recommended, will stay again next time, really a very good hotel

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a minute or two from the subway station. The environment is clean and the stay is comfortable. Five-star praise goes to the front desk staff member, Xu Feifei, for her warm service attitude. When there was some noise from neighbors or upstairs, she promptly provided solutions and handled it. I really appreciated their work ethic, and it greatly improved my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I visit Xi'an!
