The hotel opened in 2022 is quite new, but the hardware is average. On the day of check-in, I had to change rooms twice because of the odor and noise from the roof. The room I stayed in was relatively small, but there was no problem. I turned on the air conditioner and found that the air conditioner was very noisy. It's big, so I haven't turned on the air conditioner for so many days. The drainage in the bathroom is average, and there is no way to open both drain outlets. The most unaccustomed thing is the ”Hello Waiter” who appears every morning at 8 o'clock, accompanied by a knock on the door to clean up. The sound insulation is not very good, and people in the next room can hear it. I am woken up every day. One time, they knocked on my door. I picked up my phone and saw that it was 8:59. I was so angry. The waiters often emphasized when they would get off work for cleaning. This situation is actually really bad. This is my first time staying at Aduo. The front desk staff is very nice. 

Thanks to the front desk staff Xiaobei. As soon as I entered the room, I saw the small gifts, fruits, yogurt, and snacks prepared in advance. It was very warm and touching. The room was spacious and clean, with a wide view, and the stay experience was very good. The breakfast was also rich.

The room is clean, the front desk service is very good, the hotel is very close to the subway station, and the surrounding area is close to the tourist attraction Datang Never Sleeps City, which is convenient for travel. The breakfast is also very rich. I forgot to bring my contact lens case when I traveled, and the front desk also prepared it considerately. The check-in experience is very good. I will stay at the Mercure Xi'an Qujiang Hotel when I come to Xi'an in the future. Facilities: Very good, very cost-effective. Breakfast includes both exquisite Western dishes and authentic local specialties, all made with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The gym is fully equipped with equipment, and the thoughtful laundry room and garment steamer are all available. Upon check-out, the front desk swiftly processed the check-in process and provided a practical gift. With such thoughtful service and excellent value, I highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I was amazed the first time I stayed there! Compared with hotels in the city center, the price here is much more affordable. I thought it was just affordable, but I didn’t expect the service to exceed my expectations! The lady at the front desk had a very sweet smile. She patiently asked about my needs when I checked in, and recommended a quiet room on a high floor according to my preferences. When asked about nearby delicious food, she immediately took out her phone to share a list of her favorite hidden gems. How thoughtful! The rooms are spacious and the facilities are brand new, having opened less than two years ago. You can enjoy double the experience with half the money. You must lock in this treasure hotel!

Very Good. I got early checked it. Super responsive staff on wechat. Room is super clean after cleaning. Very efficient. Location is close to Metro station! Reasonable priced too. Cant go wrong!

There are two separate rooms on the two floors of the loft. The passwords are divided into two passwords: the main door and the designated room. It took me several attempts at first to find out that the password I entered was for the inner door. The light switch is in the air switch, and I looked for it several times at first. Facilities: Basic equipment is available, but the quality of slippers can be improved. Hygiene: Clean, customer service said it will be cleaned every time there is a change of guests. Environment: The room size is suitable. If there are many people, a larger room is recommended. Service: The WeChat customer service steward reminded you in detail, including power switches, wireless networks, check-in procedures and parking. It is recommended to mark the name of the hotel apartment on the floor for easy search.

The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and made me feel very relaxed. The hostess was warm and attentive and made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation and a subway entrance nearby. There is also a small refrigerator inside, and the disposable face towels and bath towels are very good. If there are any problems, you can just report them and they can be solved immediately. All in all, I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it! I like the small sofa very much. It is very comfortable to sit on.

Amazing room! The location was perfect as well and we utilised the train station often, the hotel owner is so friendly and swift in his replies! Super helpful when i made my booking and even helped me to modify my booking dates! The tatami area in the Ji Mu room is perfect for meals + makeup area. Facilities here are easy to use as well and as mine was a longer stay (~12 days) housekeeping was arranged super quickly and supplies were replenished as well so there’s no need to worry about having to buy more tissues or other bathing supplies! ++ open the windows when you need to ventilate the rooms + dry clothes Highly recommend for those travelling to Xi’an! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
