Very good location, walk a few steps to Zhonglou metro station exit D cross to exit A to get many restaurants. Can reach bell and drum tower in a short walk. Nice breakfast. Room with space and clean. Grocery shop in front of the hotel. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. They allow to store our lugguages for 2 days during our visit to Luoyang. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent: within walking distance of the metro station and the ancient wall, the Bell Tower can be reached on foot too if you don’t mind a little stretch. The owner is super responsive via text. Price is honestly too cheap for this location. Room is clean, spacious and comfy. Multiple convenience stores just off the elevator on ground level.
The only downside is that the apartment is a little hard to find. We called the owner and he came down to take us to the room. I would recommend arriving during daytime hours for this reason. Owner is super helpful. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Xi’an.

Sshulinnnnbest hotel i have ever stayed in! excellent service from the moment we landed in xi'an. free pickup from airport, staffs helped with our luggages the moment we reached, served us warm tea and introduced the hotel facilities. breakfast spread was good too. location is just opposite one of the city wall gate. staffs are friendly and helped us with booking that required china number. they also provide free umbrella and shoe covers since it was raining daily when we were there. room was extremely spacious even after opening 3 large luggages. had a great stay with my family. thank you for the free upgrade too!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sofitel People’s Legend in Xi’an. Our room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable – the perfect place to relax after exploring the city’s rich history. Dining at Dolce Vita was a delight, with exquisite cuisine and a warm atmosphere.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service we received. A heartfelt thank you to Ruizi, Themis, Fancy, and Tommy, who went above and beyond to make our Mother’s Day celebration so special. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly cherished.
If we could give more than five stars, this would be a solid 10. We will most certainly return!

Before I went to stay at their hotel, the customer service staff should have called me to ask if I knew the specific location of the room and our hotel. Later, they sent me the specific location of the hotel, arranged the room for me in advance, and told me the room number. The room layout is also very large, the space is also very good, and the dry and wet areas are separated. Moreover, their hotel is relatively easy to find, and it is also relatively close to the nearby subway entrance, which is very convenient to go to any tourist attractions. The customer service girl has a very good service attitude and sent me fruit. The room air conditioning is also very warm, and the staff are very enthusiastic. There is also afternoon tea in the lobby on the first floor, as well as free midnight snack service. It is really enthusiastic. The facilities and equipment of a hotel with a very high cost performance are quite good.

Being so close to a subway station made getting to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda a breeze. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it. A lovely touch was the small bear plushie I received from the front desk, and complimentary mung bean soup was offered in the evenings. The screen mirroring feature in the room was also very convenient, and any requests were handled with impressive speed.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are very new, and the rooms are quite spacious. Its location near Datang Everbright City and Joy City is a definite plus. However, being right at the entrance of a major scenic area and on a one-way street makes getting around a bit inconvenient, especially in the evenings. This is something for other travelers to keep in mind.
Despite the bustling location, the hotel itself was quiet, and I had a good rest. The only real downside was the breakfast, which had a very limited selection.
What's more, for some reason, even the restaurant staff during breakfast were asking us for positive reviews. If this is for staff evaluation, the hotel should really consider guest privacy and approach guests at appropriate times without being intrusive. Plus, the breakfast staff generally don't have direct interactions with guests beyond serving food, so it felt quite abrupt and out of place.
On a positive note, both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent.

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient! Right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, you'll find the hotel. This was a lifesaver for someone like me who easily gets lost! It's quick and easy to get to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the high-speed train station.
The hotel definitely has a classic, 'old-money' charm. Initially, I thought the facilities might be a bit dated, but they are actually very well-maintained. Overall, the service was truly commendable. As soon as you approach the hotel, staff are there to help with your luggage, and the front desk handled things very smoothly. What truly impressed me was the exceptional daily housekeeping. Whether we were in the room or not, they would consistently come to replace disposable amenities and towels, and tidy up.
Another highlight for me was the heated swimming pool. We brought our child on this trip, and they went there every single day! Even though it was a bit chilly these past few days, the heated pool meant it didn't affect our enjoyment at all.
Overall, it's definitely worth recommending. It might not be the best fit for young people seeking the latest tech gadgets or a super modern feel, but it's very suitable for family trips or business travel.

GGuest UserThe facilities were good, staff were generally helpful and nice. Very clean environment; generally has what you need. Very conveniently located. Some of the staff at the front desk are a bit too immature and could act a bit more professional. Apparently, they find it funny for you ask them for water; ask them a few more times and they would giggle and laugh behind your back and make fun of you; they might even horse around with you if Mandarin is not your first language and you don't speak as natively as they do. I made an add on booking for an extra night. If you need them to do anything towards the end of your stay, they might withhold service at the front desk until you give them a perfect rating; they wouldn't check me back in the hotel until I left a good rating/comment for my first booking. They forgot I that I could also rate / comment for my second booking. Basically a bunch of kids. Otherwise, hotel management seems fine. Pretty clean, the staff were generally polite.

SSydSydneyGreat hotel, excellent location. Metro staion Guangjijie line 6 out front alongside a convenience store, KFC and half a dozen nice Chinese food outlets. Drum tower 250m down the road, and Bell Tower and the main boulevard a bit further. All near the south gate.
Breakfast is a modest variety but delicious, and well re-stocked.
The room was large, with excellent fittings and furnishings, with a nice local outlook from the windows. The window opens for some fresh air if required.
The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. And free washing detergent.
All the staff from reception to cleaners to cooks are lovely, and do their jobs really well.
