The bedding was spotless and comfortable, and the room was decorated in a cozy way that made you feel right at home. All the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. But the highlight has to be the service from the front desk staff – genuinely warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every interaction showed their professionalism and friendliness. In the morning, I could just head downstairs for authentic Roujiamo and Hu La Tang (spicy soup), and in the evening, after exploring, I could grab some late-night snacks on the way back. Although it's an economy hotel, the room felt spacious. Even though the window faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all; the soundproofing was surprisingly good. The bed was comfortable, and there were pillows of different firmness to choose from, which is so important for someone who spends all day walking around! I can't even begin to describe how good it is in just 300 characters. This hotel truly made our Xi'an trip's accommodation experience perfect!
