Disappointing Experience I recently stayed here and was left underwhelmed. Despite its potential, the hotel fell short in several areas. *Major Issues:* 1. *Poor Signage*: The hotel's entrance was difficult to locate, requiring a lengthy climb up multiple stairs. 2. *Renovation Chaos*: The hotel appeared to be undergoing renovations, resulting in a dirty and messy environment. 3. *Room Discrepancy*: Our booked room didn't match the online images. 4. *Amenity Shortfalls*: - The 4th-floor swimming pool was empty and could not be used. - The 4th-floor bar/restaurant was unstaffed. - Requested items, including a floating tray (confirmed prior to arrival), were unavailable. 5. *Kitchen Hygiene*: The kitchen provided for guest use was unhygienic. *Positive Note:* The receptionist was courteous and tried to accommodate our requests, but her efforts were limited by the hotel's overall shortcomings. *Recommendation:* With proper management and attention to detail, this hotel could reach its full potential. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues.

Very comfortable house, originally planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying for 4 days and 3 nights! Highly recommended. I will stay here again next time I come. There were some villas next to it. The villa on the right was empty and someone was renovating it. Then there was a dark place on the left. Then there was a very dilapidated place in front with the words Shanhai written on it. I looked around and found that it was inside Shanhai and discovered that this was not the front desk of another hotel. Then I had to take the elevator and go up to another platform. I was confused at the time. That is to say, the whole process requires you to walk up a long slope, then walk up a long flight of stairs and then transfer to two elevators. After you transfer to the two elevators, when you arrive at the front desk of the hotel, you have to take the elevator again because this hotel is the highest floor of the B&B in this area. In other words, it is not a hotel but a B&B cluster and the B&B cluster is very chaotic and the movement lines are not clear. You have to say this hotel objectively. You are wrong. This B&B is quite beautiful. However, you have to change several levels in the process, which is equivalent to entering one area, then going up to another area, and then up to another area. The movement line in the middle is not clear, and there are other things next to it. It is very suitable for those friends who like to climb hills and take elevators back and forth in the wilderness to live in depth.
