這次出遊真是被智選假日給傷透了，前幾天在廣州被坑了一次，這次在廈門依舊是智選假日，服務不行，硬件不行。
晚上到酒店已經快10點，打電話問前台想多要條被子，沒有。要兩條浴巾兩雙拖鞋（帶了兩個孩子），沒有。廁所下水道反臭味，凌晨6點不到被臭味薰醒，關了門才稍微好點。等孩子起來了進廁所，那臭味濃的孩子跑出來。

飯店在工業區，周邊都是工廠，沒有甚麼景觀，陽台地面很髒，而且陽台加窗，只能開10公分的縫隙，完全失去陽台功能，房價又比較高，訂附陽台房型，真是冤大頭。早餐一般，可以吃飽，櫃檯人員處理旅客反映事項，一味推諉，反映沒有空調，隨便說主機故障維修中，但是走廊有有空調，又比房間涼快，最後旅客堅持下，才同意換另一房間，換後的房間空調是正常，所以櫃檯前期處理顯然不合格。
之前住過的青島智選酒店很優，所以到廈門才會再次訂同品牌，顯然地區不同，差異也很大。
