The front desk staff were excellent and incredibly thoughtful. I accidentally left my child's beloved toy after check-out, and they promptly called me to offer to hold onto it. The hotel is well-located, only a 10-15 minute drive to the airport in the morning. However, compared to other Hampton by Hilton properties I've stayed at recently, I have quite a few issues to bring up: The breakfast buffet couldn't keep up with demand. Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but by 9:30 AM, many dishes were already empty and weren't refilled promptly. We even had to wait for cups and plates. The breakfast area was stiflingly hot. While I understand them conserving energy by not running the AC during off-peak hours, it's unacceptable not to have it on during breakfast. A comfortable dining experience should be a priority. The second floor was booked by a training organization for an event, which was very noisy from around 8 AM. Participants' shoes were piled up right outside the gym entrance, and despite staff members constantly tidying up, it remained quite messy. The guest laundry room only has two washers and two dryers. Guests doing their laundry had to wait in long lines, often stretching late into the night. Excellent stay. It was ideal for our trip with elderly family members. Parking was very convenient, and getting around was easy. We specifically booked a family room, but the 'family-friendly' aspect felt very contrived.
