There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, making the location extremely practical and convenient. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with well-equipped bathrooms. A subtle, pleasant vanilla scent wafts through the hallways from the diffusers. They also offer complimentary laundry service, which is a great convenience for guests. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a king-size room, and on our last day, they even extended a late check-out, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture. The customer service was attentive and provided excellent assistance, ensuring we had a truly comfortable stay.

They even paid attention to small details, like noticing we'd bought water and then kindly providing us with extra bottles. **Location-wise:** It's perfectly situated right next to the famous Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, making exploration incredibly convenient. **In summary:** This was an absolutely flawless experience! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel has an excellent location, just steps away from local food spots and a large shopping mall, which made getting around and dining out very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, though they didnt spewk English. Despite the language barrier, they were always willing to help and made a genuine effort to assist. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options that catered mostly to local tastes — not ideal if you’re expecting a more international selection. The elevator area often had a strong urine smell, likely due to the restroom located right near the entrance. In addition, the hallways and common areas were not veryy clean, with stained carpets and visible marks on the floor, which was surprising for an Ibis hotel. The carpet was noticeably old and in need of replacement. While my room itself was fine, the overall cleanliness of the hotel outside the room was below the standard I’ve experienced at other Ibis locations.

Choosing Ruiyi for our 3-day, 2-night trip to Xiamen was absolutely the right decision. 1. **Location:** The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to Ba Shi Market and Zhongshan Road. It offers direct sea views of Gulangyu Island and is just a 10-minute walk to the subway station. 2. **Rooms:** Our 50 sqm room was spacious and thoughtfully designed with clearly defined areas. The facilities were new, comprehensive, and well-maintained – thankfully, none of the issues rumored online were present. 3. **Service:** The service was top-notch. Upon check-in, a lovely staff member guided us to our room and ensured everything was to our liking, making us feel completely at home. Late one night, returning to the hotel, I saw a manager diligently checking room cards in the elevator – this attention to detail truly made us feel secure. And upon departure, a kind staff member at the entrance helped load our luggage into the car, a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. While our overall travel experience in Xiamen wasn't extraordinary, the hotel truly exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Ruiyi Grand Hotel to everyone I know.

The hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, right on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and very close to the subway station, making it very travel-friendly for older guests. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The only slight downside was the service staff's average attitude. Communication was sometimes a challenge, especially for elderly guests, as some staff members had noticeable accents, which made it difficult for both parties to understand each other clearly. This impression mainly comes from comparing it to a similarly priced hotel in Quanzhou we stayed at previously, where the seniors found the staff to be much more enthusiastic and proactive.

When planning my trip to Xiamen, I started my hotel search. After much back-and-forth comparison of many options, I finally settled on Weishang. The cleanliness and overall environment were top-notch. The front desk service was also excellent; when we checked out, one of the staff members even helped us carry our luggage downstairs and load it into our car. What's more, the location offers excellent transport links. Zhongshan Road is right downstairs, and it's very close to Zhonghua City and Tiger City. The bus and metro stations are also not far, just about a 10-minute walk away.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm, friendly demeanor. Upon seeing us with luggage, a concierge proactively came forward to enthusiastically and professionally assist with carrying it. This thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The weather was also on our side; during our days in Xiamen, we enjoyed almost consistently clear blue skies with fluffy white clouds. Bright sunshine during the day, and glittering lights at night. Looking out from our hotel room or nearby elevated spots, Xiamen's night view was stunningly beautiful, adding a romantic touch to our journey. Thanks to the convenient location, attentive service, and wonderful weather, our trip to Xiamen was filled with relaxation and joy, leaving us with many warm and beautiful memories.

The service was great! We had booked a 2 PM check-in, but were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready when we arrived at 10 AM. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A big plus is the hotel's laundry facilities, which include a washer-dryer combo. The location is excellent – it's very close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Bashi Market. Getting around is super convenient, whether you want to walk, take a bus, a taxi, or the BRT. Highly recommended!

The Puyueju Hotel I chose for this trip has a great location. It's just a few steps away from the subway. The surrounding roads are clearly marked and it's easy to get a taxi, so there's no pressure to travel. It's close to the subway station and convenient for transfers. Whether you're going to the beach or other bustling business districts, you can easily get there, and the travel experience has skyrocketed!

I especially want to commend Ms. Yvette. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality are a true asset to the hotel. She proactively shared her WeChat contact, checking in daily to ensure everything was going smoothly, and met all our needs with a positive attitude. Our celebration was made truly special thanks to her efforts. Even though I had already booked a cake, Yvette went above and beyond. When we were tired and needed to change the delivery time, she surprisingly went out of her way to personally arrange for another cake at her own expense, delivering it the night before our departure to ensure we could still have our celebration. This 'above and beyond' service truly exemplifies genuine hospitality and a high level of responsibility; this gesture was unforgettable. Additionally, the housekeeping staff on the seventh floor also left a lasting impression. Although we didn't catch her name, we met her every morning. She always greeted us with a smile, initiated friendly conversations, and thoughtfully asked if we needed any assistance. We look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.
