I'm a foreigner that can speak good Chinese. the day before arriving, I called to arrange for shuttle bus but was asked to call again when I arrived. when I arrived at the airport, I called to arrange for shuttle bus but it seems like they expect us to have WeChat to send them our photos.
also, I couldn't find the exit 25. after asking around many times, it's actually at departure level 4 which is really weird since we're on the arrival level. so other travellers, please note that you should NOT follow airport signs for shuttle bus and instead go to departure level 4 and go to exit 25
the hotel is actually near the airport but in a really secluded area. Impossible to walk to find food nearby. we had to call a Didi(for foreigners it may pose another set of difficulties)
hotel room was clean and spacious with AI xiaodu able to perform spoken functions in mandarin.
hotel buffet breakfast was a good spread.

Free shuttle service to airport is superb. Love their arrangements for airport transfer, even in a situation where I had no China sim card. Breakfast is simple. Their check in system is fast. And their 小度小度 （xiaodu）can help you experience smart electronics appliances. You can call their customer service line from Trip.com.

A really nice hotel, close to the airport. Everything was good, including the breakfast. The plumbing sounded a little cheap though as it sounds like a tap is on in the room when a neighbour uses their water.
