The location was great, the owners were very nice and willing to help us book tickets and DiDi cars to/from the attraction. I think I got scammed at my last trip to the train station though, the owner said the fee was 30 yuan per person, but when we got into the car, people were saying they only paid 20 yuan for the trip. The funny thing is, there was a no-smoking sign displayed at the front desk but the owners themselves kept on smoking.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring west street and the surrounding areas. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff were so helpful with organising excursions and hiring scooters for us. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable!

Great stay here in Yangshuo. Good location to West Street. The lady who is on the desk in the morning helped us to arrange our bamboo rafting trip and helped us organise scooters everyday. She was really helpful and friendly and welcomed us to the hotel.

The hotel is in good location, the receptionist Chen is very nice, polite and helpful, can speak good English, bed is very comfortable and room is nice and clean, would come here again

Location of hotel was good, I booked because of Trip.com high rating, but room turned out to be not as good as in trip points. Bath room was smelly and bit not cleaned the door of the room was faulty. It made my family upset. We spent a night there if we will get to chance to go there again i wont book that hotel again.

Small room with a comfortable bed and hot shower. Great location on the corner of West Street. Quiet at night. Friendly staff.

This hotel is only in the countryside! It's not worth more than 100, I forgot to cancel it, and then I had to bite the bullet and stayed in the hotel for a long time, which is close to 400: 1. The window faces the stairs, and the stairs are right after the curtains are opened. There is no sense of security, and the sound insulation is too weak to complain. 2. The so-called breakfast is the rice noodle shop opposite, which is the lowest level, without a single piece of meat. In fact, it would not be so offensive if you just don't give it. 3. The room is very damp and the room is very small, which makes the bathroom smell very strong. 4. The room is broken everywhere, and the shower gel and shampoo are the kind of hotels that cost dozens of yuan.

The room is very nice, close to West Street, and convenient for eating, drinking, entertainment and transportation. The service of the ladies at the front desk was very enthusiastic. We had a lot of fun and will stay here next time.

The hotel is on the side of West Street. The waiter saw that we were a family with children and took the initiative to upgrade us to a parent-child room. They also provided free drinks and osmanthus cake souvenirs, which was pretty good.
