It's a JD Launzi building, but it's structured so that three different operators operate the hotel, each under their own name. You have to self-check in at the lobby and check out again when you leave. I was a bit confused at first, but it's actually quite convenient. It's a new building, clean, and has a great ocean view. It's small, but there's also a kitchen, so I had a great time."

"Do NOT go here, do NOT book here. Trip.com and the owner just kept playing 'ping-pong' with my booking, and they refused to issue a refund. I requested a refund immediately after booking, but I didn't even get to stay. For two days (Saturday and Sunday), and then after several calls on Monday, they still said no. The customer service representative was even Korean, but a company that doesn't even allow its customer service staff to reveal their names while assisting customers... Korea is too lenient with this. I hope the day comes when thorough consumer complaints will help everyone reclaim their rights. I didn't even know Trip.com was connected to *******, but it almost is. The owner, *******, Trip.com... how much money do they make this way? I'm posting this because I imagine many others have had the same experience as me. Terms and conditions, the establishment, and now I even know about *******, which I knew nothing about before. Please, always call directly and confirm your booking before making it."
